موقع الفندق ممتاز جدًا 👌 أخذنا غرفة مع بلكونة وإطلالة على جبال الألب وكانت جميلة جدًا تعامل الموظفين ممتاز والفطور في الدور السابع بإطلالة رائعة 🏔️ ملاحظة بسيطة: الممرات كان فيها رائحة مزعجه، لكن الغرف كانت نظيفة وما فيها أي رائحة مواقف السيارات: داخل الفندق: €30 لليوم الموقف القريبه للفندق: €22 لليوم بشكل عام تجربة جميلة وأكيد أرجع له مرة ثانية

Amazing hotel

De passage dans la région, hôtel restaurant et bar bon accueil, beau standing, petit déjeuner très bien avec une belle vue. La literie TOP on a trop bien dormi. Hôtel plus que correct, le personnel est très gentil. L'accueil au spa très bien, le seul petit bémol c'est que les deux jacuzzi peuvent être vite plein, sinon hammam sauna très bien... Il y a une salle de jeux d'arcade qui est très bien.

Personnel très agréable et très professionnel

Very poor experience at the spa. It was overcrowded, and the sauna had a strong smell of sweat. The jacuzzis are extremely small.||The same staff member who greets guests, hands out towels, and abruptly opens the door to count how many people are inside is also the one performing the massages. He seems stressed and is clearly suffering from a knee injury, yet the hotel cannot grant him sick leave. The spa manager mentioned that he needs to keep working to pay for his treatment.||As clients, the result is a very stressful and uncomfortable environment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alpina Hotel in Chamonix. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Everyone truly went out of their way to help, always with a warm and genuine attitude. The location is simply unbeatable and arguably one of the best in all of Chamonix. It made getting around effortless and added so much to the overall experience. A special thank you to Amira at the front desk, who was particularly friendly and helpful. She really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Alpina Hotel to anyone visiting Chamonix and look forward to coming back!

We just came back from the most amazing incredible trip!! ||The location is incredible, right at the top of Chamonix’s main strip of beautiful restaurants, bars and shops. You can simply cross the road and stroll through the town end to end, with so many gorgeous places to stop along the way.||It’s also brilliantly placed for skiing. The main bus hub is right outside the hotel, making it so easy to get wherever you need to go, and the nursery slope and access towards Brévent are only about a five-minute walk away.||The hotel itself is gorgeous. We didn’t even realise before arriving that it had a games room, which was such a lovely bonus. There’s also an amazing ski shop in the building (ground floor in the ski room), which made everything incredibly easy, plus lockers and a warm changing area with your own locker space such a amazing touch after a day on the slopes.||The spa was beauti

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de Chamonix. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et avons eu l' agréable surprise d’être surclassés. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, avec une superbe vue. La literie est particulièrement confortable et la décoration soignée. L’accueil a également été irréprochable du début à la fin. Petite mention pour les bonbons mis à disposition à l’accueil, une attention simple mais qui fait vraiment plaisir et ajoute une touche chaleureuse :) . Je recommande à 200%

Nous avons organisé un séminaire regroupant nos meilleurs vendeurs à Chamonix, répartis en deux groupes sur toute la semaine, et tout s’est déroulé de manière exemplaire. L’accueil a été irréprochable du début à la fin : une équipe professionnelle, disponible et chaleureuse, toujours attentive à nos besoins. Les salles de réunion étaient parfaitement adaptées, confortables et très bien équipées, et le cocktail déjeunatoire a été unanimement apprécié pour sa qualité et sa variété. Mention spéciale à Charlotte, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de cette semaine avec une grande efficacité, une organisation sans faille et une gentillesse remarquable. Son accompagnement a largement contribué à la réussite de notre événement. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour des séminaires ou séjours professionnels, et n’hésiterons pas à revenir pour nos prochains événements.

J’ai réservé un séjour en août 2026 à l’Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa à Chamonix, avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme compte tenu de la qualité apparente de l’établissement et de son emplacement. Suite à une simple erreur de dates de ma part, j’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises (via Booking.com puis directement avec l’hôtel) de décaler mon séjour d’une journée. Malgré des démarches faites longtemps à l’avance, aucune solution n’a pu être proposée. Afin de maintenir mon séjour dans cet hôtel, j’ai donc dû réserver une nuit supplémentaire, ce qui a entraîné des frais additionnels que j’aurais pu éviter avec un minimum de flexibilité. Je trouve cela un peu regrettable, d’autant plus que j’étais sincèrement enthousiaste à l’idée de séjourner ici. Stayed here this week with two friends and honestly, we loved it. The hotel totally lived up to our expectations and then some. We booked a superior family room and weren’t expecting the extra private room/lounge, so that was a really nice surprise. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath, which was great. Everything was super clean and the room looked really nice. The views were absolutely amazing as well. The staff were probably the best part though—everyone was so friendly, helpful, and polite the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!

Entre les ascenseurs qui mettent 3 plombes pour arriver et un service peu avenant, il est inutile de préciser que le simple fait d’aller boire un verre dans l’établissement m’a suffit à ne plus vouloir y retourner. Quand on signale à la serveuse que le verre est sale, la réponse est « ce sont des rayures ». Depuis quand il y a des rayures en forme de déchets de nourriture. Bref détestable et je mets 2 étoiles juste pour la vue du bar. Le reste c’est franchement digne d’un pub en fin de soirée à l’image de la carte en carton usé et plein de taches.

Dirty toilette and mouldy shower on arrival (pictures available): for a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable! we took a family suite with our children. strangely the hallway layout is zigzag from the door to the bed so when lights are off at night, and you need to go to the bathroom, you are bound to hit the wall as its pitch black! there is no small light for the hallway… Cheap (recycled) toilette roll and tissue paper and not even enough of it… at euro 600./- per night this is disappointing. the only positive points were the location and the view.

Entry-level room was a decent size and well equipped. (Would benefit from some coat-hooks in the room for hanging ski jackets, etc.) Our room had a fridge and coffee maker, and a lovely balcony. Bed was comfortable with high-quality sheets and towels in the bathroom. I would advise to bring your own toilet paper/tissue, as the hotel uses this awful thin (Eco) toilet paper, which is rough and really lets the hotel down. Likewise, not putting Shampoo and Moisturiser in the room, and having to ask at reception. You can still be Eco will large refillable containers, like most hotels have adopted. The Spa is nice, with two lovely hot-tubs and very large sauna and steam rooms. However, there is only 1 small changing room, no toilet/bathroom in the Spa, and only 1 open shower with no privacy. Great location and staff incredibly welcoming. The triple room was very spacious; the chairs on the balcony were a real bonus! We loved the buffet restaurant on the 7th floor and the panoramic view! The only downside was that we forgot to book their parking and it was full when we arrived but the nearest public parking is only 200 meters away.

Hotel that can handle large group of skiers. Rooms were fairly large for Europe. Hotel has storage room for ski gear. Ski gear rental is also available at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner also included in our package.

We have been returning to this hotel for another year,which shows how much we have appreciated it in the past. However, this year we left with mixed feelings. As a repeat guest, you naturally expect small improvements or at least the same level of attention as before — not a step backwards. For example, last year there was a small complimentary bottle of water as a welcome gift,which was a thoughtful touch. This year it was replaced by a simple carafe. The Nespresso capsules were also replaced with no-name alternatives. These may seem like minor details, but they contribute to the overall experience. From the first day, I asked whether it would be possible to move to a larger room, yet no one followed up or reverted to me during our stay. Overall a very nice few days. Cleaning staff were very helpful. Reception staff were not all familiar with ski bus routes and directed us to take the wrong bus on day 1 which made us late to meet our instructor. Ski hire team were excellent while fitting a family of 5. Food was plentiful and varied. We appreciated the bottles of water at each meal time. It was good to see the recycle bins everywhere. As an English speaking family a movie channel/Netflix or similar would have been useful for children at night who did not want to go to the bar or games room.

Overrated, they dont have room service and no water, no drinks/snacks in the minibar, their restaurant closes 9pm and no room service (you cant order food to the room) even if you want plate or spoon. The hotel is 4 stars and rate is high for this,

My stay at the Alpina Hotel Chamonix was unforgettable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from my balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa was a real treat after a day in the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely come back!

I stayed 2 nights with my wife and 3 small children at the suite with balcony - Mont Blanc range view. The suite was great. Spacious, tidy, quiet at night. Several nice little touches such as two basins in the washing room, coffee maker, heating pipes where to dry your clothes etc. Room service worked like a swiss clock. The breakfast was good quality and the view was nice from the 7th floor. Good location, nice restaurants and bus stop to the ski resorts nearby. Possibility to rent out ski equipment from the hotel. Staff was polite, helpful, spoke good english and some even spanish and had a positive way of carrying themselves (as did the whole town, which has not been my experience with the french in other cities). It’s just the bare minimum type of hotel. Given the price should be much more. Have to ask for basic toiletries at the front desk, cheap air dryers that don’t work, no glasses in the room. Everything is very inconvenient. Have to reserve sauna in advance even when it’s empty. Sauna is barely warm. Long elevator wait times because one elevator was broken.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The ski rental is attached to the hotel so renting and storing was so simple!!! The buses come right in front of the hotel for easy access to the slopes. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was amazing!!! We also took advantage of the spa!

Nous avons séjourné à 3 adultes à l'Alpina Eclectic Hotel pour un séjour de 3 jours avec pour objectif de skier. Les moins : - La qualité du buffet (plats changeant peu d'un jour à l'autre) et pas très bon - La chambre familiale pour 4 est un peu petite pour un séjour classique, mais pas du tout adapté pour du ski. Il n' a aucun endroit pour faire sécher les vêtements, pour stocker le matériel, etc. - L'accueil n'avait aucune info pertinente sur les moyens de rejoindre le départs des pistes du Brévent. Pour info, allez à pied (5mn) sur le parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel de la Folie Douce prendre le téléski qui vous amènera au pied du télécabine Les plus : - Le spa très agréable - L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Chamonix et très proche de toutes les lignes de bus pour rejoindre les différentes stations de la vallée - La literie est bonne

Très mauvaise expérience, et énorme déception. Mon compagnon m’a offert à Noël un bon cadeau hôtel + QC. Lors de la réservation, il nous a été clairement indiqué qu’il n’était pas nécessaire de réserver le spa à l’avance, que cela pouvait se faire du jour au lendemain Une fois arrivés à l’hôtel, on nous remet les cartes d’accès au spa… pour finalement voir sur le site qu’il ne reste que des créneaux tard le soir, impossibles pour nous car nous avions de la route pour rentrer. Résultat : spa inutilisable. À la réception, Agathe s’est montrée froide, désagréable et totalement fermée, nous disant qu’elle ne pouvait rien y faire, que nous aurions dû réserver à l’avance (contrairement à ce qui nous avait été dit précédemment lors de la réservation). Zéro empathie, zéro solution, aucune remise en question. Inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing. Le lendemain, lors de notre départ

Awesome hotel with super nice and professional staff. Good spa, great breakfast, and a balcony for your morning coffee. Our room overlooked Mont Blanc, and it was just delightful. It's a really convenient spot for skiers, with a bus stop right by the hotel that goes to all the nearby mountains. Plus, there's a personal locker for your skis. What an unforgettable vacation! We'll definitely be back next season.

احذروا الحجز في هذا الفندق المحتال ! حجزت أنا وزوجتي لشهر العسل قبل الموعد بـ ٤ اشهر ونكبونا يوم وصلنا بعد تعب الرحلة قالوا فيه واحد حاجز كل الغرف لثلاث أيام ووعدونا يعوضونا بفندق يتبع لهم في نفس المنطقة بدون دفع اي تكاليف لكن يوم رحنا للفندق الثاني طلبوا بيانات البطاقة من أجل تأمين الحجز واكدوا لنا ان الحجز يومين مجانية لأننا دفعنا حق الحجز الاول لكن المفاجاة يوم قمنا الصباح لقيناهم خصموا المبلغ من البطاقة بدون اي إشعار لنا وطلبت الشرطة وللأسف الشركة متعاونة معهم وما وجدنا تجاوب + طلبوا منا إدارة الفندق المغادرة واضطرينا نبحث عن فندق بديل بعيد ونحجز فيه بسعر مبالغ فيه لان الحجز في نفس اليوم!!! نصيحة خصوصاً الخليجيين ابعدوا عن هالفندق وعن هالمجموعه الزبالة

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Alpina ! Nous avons eu une chambre très spacieuse au quatrième étage avec une vue incroyable. Le matelas était confortable et vraiment très grand ! Le ménage était bien fait, il y avait tout le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, il y avait beaucoup de choix et le show cooking d'omelette est un vrai plus ! Le buffet le soir était tout autant excellent. Il y avait du choix, c'était raffiné, le show cooking de raclette était un vrai plus encore une fois, le fromage à raclette était très bon et les desserts très appétissants. Les serveuses ainsi que la maître d'hôtel étaient très présentes, merci à elles !! Nous reviendrons pour tester le spa que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester... Merci à vous !

Detailed Review Rooms — 3,5/5 View. We booked a Mont Blanc view, but even from the 5th floor the view is mostly of a neighboring building. You only see the mountain if you stand at the very edge of the balcony and look up. The balcony itself is dirty and rusty, unpleasant to use. We only enjoyed the mountain view during breakfast. Cleanliness. Bed linen and towels are clean and fine. The room overall is clean, but with issues: stains and drip marks on bathroom walls and doors, constant smell in the toilet, poor ventilation. The carpet looks extremely unhygienic 😳 ⸻ Breakfast — 1/5 Very disappointing. Good: only the view. Food. Very basic and repetitive all week: 2 cheeses, 2 cold cuts, sausages, boiled eggs, omelet, cucumbers and tomatoes. Fish only if you ask, usually empty. I booked this hotel as my friend who works at the French tourism office recommended. If I visit Chamonix again, I would stay at this hotel again. One regret, however, is that the blonde female staff at the breakfast restaurant displayed race discriminatory behavior. It would be great if her attitude could improve. 1. Room: I stayed in a suite, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel was also in excellent condition. 2. Location: It’s close to the city center, QC Terme Spa, and other major attractions, all within walking distance. 3. Service: The staff at the lobby were very friendly. They provided me with a QC Terme voucher, which I really appreciated. Thanks to that, I had an even more pleasant stay. 4. Disappointing Aspect: Unfortunately, the blonde female staff at the breakfast restaurant was rude exclusively to us, Asian women. I wasn’t feeling well and had to leave some food

The best location for skiing in Chamonix. The hotel is super clean and the staff are mostly kind. Ski room staff and room service folks are particularly helpful and kind. Rooms are small but super clean. Overall good value considering the lounge, ski room, location and the spa.

We arrived with a baby, and we were informed there is no parking and we need to park in a public parking, while the contract says there is parking available. There is no where mentioned we need to book the parking in advance!!!! after a fight, we finally got a parking.... There is no lunch or dinner available in the hotel because the restaurant is closed!!! again not mentioned in the contract. We go to take a shower there is no shampoo and conditioner, there is a note that its for saving the earth, and if we really need we can ask reception! how on the earth you thought if I use your conditioner will have a different affect on the climate change than using mine? and plus, who takes her own hair conditioner to hotel? why you don't simply say we are trying to save money because our cost on products is high? The hotel is in a great location for walking around town.Carparking is underground and you need to prebook a car space with them and tell them how big your car is.Hotel staff are happy and helpful.There is no air conditioning in the room,with the window open its noisy and loud, hard to get a good night's sleep in the first week of July.Supermarket under the hotel is a huge bonus.

Hôtel très bien situé, à l’ambiance conviviale et familiale. L’établissement dispose d’un espace spa, d’un bar ainsi que d’un restaurant ouvert le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux enfants : la présence d’un Père Noël le matin du 25 décembre a été une excellente surprise, accompagnée de petits cadeaux pour chacun d’eux, ce qui a beaucoup contribué à la magie du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien fourni et servi dans un espace agréable. En revanche, le dîner sous forme de buffet le soir nous a moins convaincus, la qualité étant en deçà de nos attentes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! I left my necklace in my room and when I returned, it was GONE. I immediately informed the hotel, but they did not take the necessary steps to investigate or assist in locating it. The lack of accountability and support was extremely disappointing !!!!!!!’

Cold, transactional service — not the place if you’re looking for warm hospitality. Anyone expecting friendly, caring staff should consider another hotel. We clearly informed the hotel that our stay was for a wedding anniversary, yet there was zero acknowledgment. At check-in, we were given a first-floor room, and any request for a higher floor was met with only one answer: “paid upgrade.” No empathy, no flexibility, no friendly attitude. If you are looking for warm hospitality, polite staff, and a cooperative team, this may not be the right place. You might want to look elsewhere.

Pas de draps, ni couette ni serviettes de bains. Nous avions déjà eu cette mauvaise expérience l’année passée ou il a fallut que ce soit nous qui fassions la préparation du sofa, car il n’y avait plus de personnel. Donc déçu de revivre à nouveau ce désagrément surtout que lors de la réservation j’ai bien indiqué que nous étions 4 personnes : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. À 350€ la nuit nous nous attendions à un meilleur service d’accueil. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine à Chamonix mais réfléchirons à 2 fois avant de venir à l Alpina… Pour le reste pas de problème, petit déjeuner extra personnel sympathique (d’ailleurs les mêmes que l’année passée) et emplacement idéal. Le séjour était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est top, la vue sur les montagnes depuis le lit l'est encore plus. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes liés à un manque de communication et d’explications lors de notre séjour. CHECK IN : > Nous avions réservé un accès aux QC Terme, mais le jeune homme à la réception n’a pas été très clair lorsque nous avons demandé comment procéder à la réservation. Lorsqu’il nous a remis les cartes d’entrée, je lui ai indiqué que j’avais réservé pour 19h00. Il m’a alors répondu que c’était à 19h30… sauf qu’il parlait en réalité de notre réservation au spa de l’hôtel, et non des termes. > Un immense merci à Lucie du spa, qui a vraiment tout fait pour rattraper la situation. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont été très appréciés, elle a géré cela pendant que nous profitions du spa de l’hôtel. Même si Finalement, nous n’avons pas pu aller aux termes faute de réservation au préalable et de disponibilité et devrons revenir une prochaine fois. > Nous

J’ai passé trois nuits exceptionnelles dans cet hôtel, en chambre supérieure avec balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et moderne, parfaitement équipée : mini-frigo, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, ventilateur Dyson, toilettes séparées, salle de bain avec baignoire, une grande télévision et même une table avec fer à repasser. Petit bémol : le fer à repasser semblait rouillé, ce qui a malheureusement taché mon vêtement. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable : un large choix de produits frais et de qualité, avec en plus un cuisinier pour préparer des omelettes, des œufs au plat, etc., le tout face à une magnifique vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Excelente experiência nesse hotel. Muito bem localizado. Quarto de tamanho razoável. Muito limpo. Atendentes super prestativos e gentis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso e de extrema qualidade. Quando fizemos o checkin fomos informados que teríamos um agendamento de horário gratuito na Jacuzzi ou na Sauna. O hotel fica bem no centro de Chamonix. Perto de tudo.

I traveled to Chamonix solo but as part of a small group tour. We stayed at this hotel.|It is wonderfully situated in the center of town and an easy walk to many sights, shops, amenities and restaurants. It is part of a Mall complex and is very stylishly designed. However, the room I had was cute but very small and it had virtually NO lighting in the bedroom area as well as few surfaces to put things on.|Clean, otherwise comfortable and with an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were almost uniformly helpful.

حجزت عبر موقع الفندق جناحًا يشمل الإفطار ولكن عند تسجيل الخروج طلب مني الموظف دفع تكلفة الإفطار رغم أنه مشمول في الحجز اضطررت للانتظار أكثر من نصف ساعة حتى أُثبت ذلك بإظهار الفاتورة من البريد الإلكتروني للأسف كان التعامل غير منظم وإدارة الفندق بحاجة إلى تحسين في التنسيق بين قسم الاستقبال والحجوزات

We stayed for total of 3 days, service was good however the hotel was very crowded and it takes you 20mins at least to see a receptionist. Rooms were in a bad condition and honestly i don’t know from where to start, showers don’t have a shampoo (for environment huh), and the floor and coffee machine were not in a good condition, the bed was the WORST and their pillows is another story, we took the king size bed however they gave us double mattresses and they pushed them next to each other which was not comfortable at all. The floor mattress were supper thirty it has multiple stains (dogs are allowed so am not sure if its by dogs) The room smells bad Honestly the only great thing was the location however not worth it and i won’t be coming back.

Ayant réservé par téléphone et par courriel pour 3 jours consécutifs, un refus de modification de dates ou annuler une journée de location. nous avions besoin de cette modification pour nous faciliter notre planning apres un accident survenu quelques jours auparavant. We spent the last stop of our honeymoon at the Alpina Eclectic Hotel in Chamonix and stayed for four nights – and it could not have been a better choice. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Chamonix. Although the hotel offers its own parking, we found the Mont Blanc parking garage just two minutes away very convenient. The room was spotless, and the breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc massif made every morning special. Cleanliness, friendliness, and helpfulness were at the highest level and really made us feel welcome. location is excellent and room modern. Staff were friendly. Room was modern but smell too strong perfume. No air conditioning, too hot sometimes and cant adjust the room temperature. Very noisy from the pub outside . We stayed on 6th floors and too noisy for people walking on the top of restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and the chef makes a lovely omelette.

Another great stay at the hotel, from check in to check out. Staff on reception were really friendly, especially David who was really nice. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room is spacious, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, having a little fridge is great and the tea/coffee making facilities are spot on. Plenty of storage for belongings. The only things we would change is the shower pressure which is a little weak, balcony floor could do with a resurface as its looks a bit dirty from wear, but these are small things that didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel, its our 4th time here and will definitely be back again!

Alpina Eclectic was very clean, great location and had everything we needed easily accessible. It was a wonderful way to end our family hike of the Tour du Mont Blanc. Highly recommend a massage with Lucille. She was terrific.

Beautiful hotel, rooms, view, service, dining, and location. Surprising that Internet access is terrible. In our room the bandwidth is low and it frequently disconnects. More the wifi security is weak, making all transactions vulnerable. This was a constant frustration making even writing this review impossible other than disconnecting from the WiFi and using cellular data.

After hiking the TMB for 4 nights, this spa-hotel was pure luxury! There was a blip with check-in (mistakes happen), but it was sorted promptly and with courtesy - and on that basis, the hotel staff - especially Ana and housekeeping - deserves extra credit! Visited the spa with my boyfriend. The girls laughed for the first 15 minutes of the massage. I was also promised a refund which I still haven't received. However, it was nice to have the sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves

Emplacement privilégié en face du Mont-Blanc et à deux pas du centre. Tout est fait pour le bien-être. Personnel accueillant et avenant. Chambre silencieuse et propre. Le petit-déjeuner est en buffet ave cuisson omelette à la minute. Sucré ou salé, il y a pour tous les goûts. Petit bémol, nous avons reçu des cannettes d eau alors que nous sommes en pleine nature… cela représente une faute marketing pour nous. Parking intérieur disponible en supplément de Eur 30.— par jour. Un bar avec salle de jeux et un spa complètent le bien pour une détente assurée. C est la deuxième fois que nous venons et avons pris beaucoup de plaisir. Dommage tout de même, le restaurant était fermé jusqu’à nouvel avis mais l avons appris qu’à notre arrivée.

My partner and I stayed here after submitting Mount Blanc, and we couldn’t have been more catered for! The staff were excellent, and attentive. They helped us with a private transfer for Zermatt after our stay and were always willing to help with any queries we had. The rooms were comfortable and quirky. The whole interior decor is funky and cool. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of foods available. The chef is fantastic and can cook a fresh omelette or pancake etc etc which were DELICIOUS. The views on the 7th floor for breakfast are fantastic. Overall, our experience was 12/10. I’d recommend staying here !!

L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable ( déco sympa, billard, jacuzzi, petit déjeuner brunch mémorable avec vue sur Mont Blanc). Par contre, pour une chambre supérieure avec vue sur Mont Blanc en plein mois d’août, donc tarif en consequence, il n’est pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour récupérer un peu de fraîcheur la nuit, car le courant d’eau , l’Arve, juste en dessous fait un bruit atroce! Mais dans l’ensemble on a été très satisfait . Mention spéciale pour les hôtesses et hôtes, tous très attentionnés.

Hotel tres calme, très bonne salle de détente (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) et excellent petit déjeuner. Seul bémol : chambre un peu chaude dans cette période de canicule (malgré le ventilateur Dyson).

Si seulement je pouvais mettre un zéro. Le personnel est d'une nonchalance sidérante, les réceptionnistes se croient dans une cour de récréation, très peu pressée de vous faire le check-in. La direction ce n'est d'ailleurs pas mieux ils sont d'une hypocrisie à gerber. La décoration de l'hôtel est d'un mauvais goût, surtout la moquette dans les chambres, je n'osais même pas marcher pieds nus dessus tant l'odeur et la propreté me paraissait douteuse. La salle de bain était très petite, j'ai retrouvé un tas de cheveux dans la baignoire et dans le siphon du lavabo, pareille pour les WC il y avait de l'urine sur la cuvette... 🤮 Oh et il n'y à pas de clim ni de frigo ! Lors du service de nettoyage, le personnel a touché à mes affaires, je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié. Même un F1 est infiniment plus propre que ce supposé 4*. Deux poin

C’est la 2eme fois que je fréquente cet hôtel. Toujours aussi bien. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais sont confortables et lumineuses grâce à la baie vitrée. La literie est confortable Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous allons à Alpina depuis 8 ans maintenant, malgré l’influence a7h du matin du petit déjeuner avec des personnes qui bloque l’ascenseur! Limite commencer à 6h30 ce serait mieux! sinon le séjour est toujours agréable! Les prix ont fortement augmentés ces dernières années ce qui devient de plus en plus compliqué de rester 1 semaine! Surtout que nos enfants petit déjeune pas ce style de petit déjeuner et que nous payons pour rien! Ce serait bien de bien faire payer que ceux qui mangent !

Le standing des chambres n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles: petite (chambre supérieure avec balcon vue montagne), mauvaise odeur des moquettes et pas de climatisation!!! Une vraie étuve en cette période de canicule! Cela devrait être précisé lors des réservations… Le petit déjeuner est décevant, la salle limite propre et les propositions sans saveurs Pour le positif, l’hôtel est bien situé, permettant de tout faire à pieds. Et le personnel est sympa bien qu’un peu débordé lors du check-in.… En conclusion, très mauvais rapport qualité prix, je ne recommande pas même pour une nuit!

Check-in was a circus: “Your room will be ready in one hour.” One hour later: “Just 15 minutes more.” Fifteen minutes later: “Actually, another 30 minutes.” This isn’t hospitality; it’s moving the goalposts while smiling. Zero ownership, zero urgency, zero respect for a guest’s time. The reality inside: Air-conditioning? Doesn’t exist here. Not broken, not being repaired just never installed. The rooms are too small but well organized and clean, even the coolers in the room in the hot summer exist. The view from the room was amazing, the staff in the reception were nice and helpful with free checkout due to late check in because the room wasn’t ready on time, at the end of the stay we left the hotel happy for the comfortable stay.

Nous sommes venus jouer à des jeux de sociétés et boire un verre au café de l'Alpina Hôtel et le service proposé par Jean-Arthur était superbe. Il nous a accueilli, s'est occupé de mettre nos sacs de randonnée dans un coin et a fait un très bon service à table pour le groupe de 10 que nous représentions. In short, absolutely not a 4 star hotel (MAYBE a 3 star at best) and not worth the price. There are only two good things about this hotel. The hotel is in an absolutely amazing location in the center of Chamonix and is very easy to access everything by walking. It also does have an amazing breakfast buffet. Beyond that, I couldn't help but feel that this was designed for kids. Everywhere I turned it just made me feel like it would be a perfect fit for kids. The hotel is very beat up. It needs painting nearly EVERYWHERE. The balcony outside our room had loads of broken concrete on it and hadn't been maintained in years. The rebar reinforcement was actually showing through the busted concrete and was rusting. The balconies on floor 6 had no overhang so rain just came directly onto them where every other floor was somewhat protected by the balcony above. The parking garage is

However, there are several major drawbacks: 1) there is no AC (typical in the region) AND if you want to open your door/window for air, there are several extremely loud bars across the street making it extremely difficult to sleep; 2) the top floor restaurant is only open for breakfast; 3) they do not take American Express; 4) after paying the expensive price tag for the beginning and end of my hiking trip, they are charging per day to store my bag for the week. It seems like this should be complementary (and is at other hotels). I have stayed at other hotels in town so I have a defense point. This one isn’t worth the price.

Lucas at the reception was very friendly and assisted me a lot. The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect - you can easily reach any major point in Chamonix by foot.

Nous sommes restes une nuit. L'hotel avait multiplie le prix de la chambre par 2,5..500 euros par chambre. Nous avions deux chambres... 1000 euros. il faisait tres chaud..et il n'y a pas d'air conditionne. c'est ridicule..soit disant car l'hotel vetu etre vert. quelle manque de savoir vivre et manque de service. quand c'est ainsi on doit l'ecrire sur le site et le dire a la resa!. et le prix doit etre en accord. on voulait diner le soir pour profiter de la vue du restaurant..mais le restaurant etait "prive"...pas de chance. En hiver , l'hotel est sans doute ok..car j'espere qu'il chauffe tout de meme , meme s'ils veulent etre vert... quelle excuse ridicule. en Ete, hotel a eviter.

location is perfect on the river and the centre , Everything is very near shops supermarket restaurants and caffes . view is great ,Balcony is wide , double glass (NO noise). workers are perfect, nice and helping special thank to Lucas in the reception .

J'y suis aller il y a quelques années et j'avais 8 ans. J'ai été époustouflé par la moquette au mur et la douceur des matelas. La vie était magnifique et je n'ai pas été dessus et est passé une excellente nuit. ❤️😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

This is my 3rd or 4th stay, and it won't be the last. Always a pleasure to stay here. Everything is perfect, from the nice helpful staff, to the location, the cleanliness, the view, the amazing breakfast, Everything.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has four stars. My experience was really underwhelming. Small rooms. The spa was a major letdown. It was tiny, overcrowded, and far from relaxing. Lots of noise. On top of that, no one told us there was a one-hour limit before our réservation. For the price and its supposed 4-star status, this hotel fell way short. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it

El suelo y mesas del comedor a la hora del desayuno estaban sucias El recepcionista David muy amable, nos explicó excursiones que podíamos hacer. El retrete estaba separado del baño con una puerta muy incómoda. Las habitaciones eran muy oscuras.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Alpina Hotel. At the time of our visit, the spa was closed for maintenance but we were really happy to be able to visit the spa at a sister hotel instead. The staff were lovely and helpful. I wanted to highlight Carolina's kindness throughout our stay who made us feel very welcome and would always go out of her way to help / answer any questions we had. Thank you for the lovely stay, especially with the added bonus of a fun arcade area!

Amazing location and view.

Hôtel très bien situé, parking souterrain public juste devant l'hôtel (moins cher que le parking de l'hôtel), chambre côté village très petite mais suffisante. Toutefois, la déco est originale amis c'est bien trop chargée... ça fatigue...||Petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits régionaux au 7ème étage avec magnifique vue sur Chamonix et le massif du Mont-Blanc. ||Personnel très sympa et très disponible.

Emplacement parfait face aux aiguilles et au Mont Blanc dont on peut profiter du balcon de la chambre et surtout du restaurant au 7ème étage.

Emplacement idéal. Accueil et personnel en général très professionnel, jacuzzi bien appréciable, Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc. Cet hôtel a été à la hauteur de mes attentes, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

L’Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa à Chamonix est une excellente adresse. Son emplacement en plein centre-ville est idéal pour explorer la ville à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, et l’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable.  Le petit-déjeuner buffet, servi au 7e étage, offre une variété de mets chauds et froids avec une vue panoramique à 180° sur le Mont-Blanc, créant un cadre exceptionnel pour bien commencer la journée. Les chambres, tout comme le bar situé au même étage, offrent des vues magnifiques sur les montagnes environnantes.  Seul petit bémol lors de mon séjour : le temps était couvert, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité de l’établissement.

J’ai été trois jours avec ma mère, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : l’hôtel était d’une propreté impeccable, très central, équipé de tout le confort, avec un personnel extrêmement aimable et courtois. Un magnifique spa avec vue sur les montagnes. Une chambre fantastique offrant une vue spectaculaire sur les sommets. Une expérience super!

Un peu too much à mon goût. Le service était pas mal, mais en arrivant, les peignoirs étaient très sales, ce qui est dommage. Les chambres étaient correctes et le déjeuner aussi, même si le beurre n'était pas terrible et les choix de produits assez limités.

Service très agréable, en visite pour le week end le personnel y est accueillant et chaleureux, prestation au spa très agréable, un merci tout particulier à Selena qui a été d’une écoute parfaite et de très bon conseil, prestation: massage et soin gommage, manucure + pose de semi permanent, je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons été surclassés pour notre plus grande surprise et plaisir. Le petit dejeuner est incroyable et excellent ! Bemol sur la salle de jeux, nous avons trouvé le prix des jetons chers en tant que client de l'établissement ainsi que le parking que nous avons préféré ne pas prendre au vue du tarif.

Serveur détestable, constamment dans le conflit. Dès l'arrivée, il nous ignore et ne répond pas à son devoir de serveur de satisfaire son client en partant dans les cuisines alors qu'on le demandait. Ensuite, nous avons un problème dans la salle d'arcade et il ne fait aucun effort pour régler la situation et fuit en disant que les jeux d'arcade appartiennent à une autre entreprise et qu'il ne peut rien faire. Cinq minutes plus tard, celui-ci, après nous avoir dit qu'il ne pouvait s'occuper des jeux, vient nous forcer à consommer (des boissons toutes hors de prix) (et ce avec insistance et impolitesse). L'établissement est bien situé mais le serveur n'a clairement rien à faire dedans. Nous espérons sincèrement qu'il a suffisamment de qualifications pour pouvoir se rediriger à l'avenir. Chambre impeccable grande et propre vue sur le Mont Blanc petit déjeuner royal vraiment de tout pour tout les goûts. Personnel souriant et accueillant je vous recommande cette endroit qui nous a suppri en bien vu que c'était organisé par une agence. Bravo bon choix

Avis très mitigé, accueil à revoir, literie pas confortable, bruit dans la chambre, petit déjeuner très bien. Nous avons payé des cartes pour l'accès au QC terme qui avait déjà été utilisé, nous avons donc du repayer sur place et revenir a l'hôtel pour être remboursé, ce n'est pas professionnel du tout.

Thanks a lot to Melissa on reception!!I came to hear to the reception in the middle of the night because my room was quite noisy. I guess because it was under the restaurant. So she solved my problem immediately she offered me upgrade for bigger room with nice Mont Blanc view instead of my regular room. Upgrade in the middle of the night just because small inconvenience. I travel a lot, but never experienced so helpful stuff. She also provides me a lot of useful information about the aria, activities and all of that. Hotel is real good. It has one of the best view in Chamonix. Perfect location. Clean cozy rooms. breakfast is quite good. Food was fresh. Even the smoked salmon and ham was really fresh. The view from the restaurant 11 from 10!Spa is good. Not big, but they control the occupancy. Just 30€ day parking was not so good)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout le monde est très aimable et le service est très bon. Les chambres sont très confortables et la vue incroyable. Nous avons été un peu surpris du monde au SPA malgré le fait qu'il faille réserver. En effet, à notre arrivée, tous les jacuzzis étaient occupés par exemple, ce qui ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter autant que nous l'espérions. Nous avions également réservé le brunch, qui était excellent, avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Bien que l'emplacement de cet hôtel soit pratique, il n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Chambre standard petite, salle de bains minuscule, pas de frigo, pas de chaise, vue sur le toit terrasse (structure métallique, traînasses, vis à vis important). Le buffet proposé à 40€ le soir, n'est pas en rapport avec les plats proposés et leur qualité. L'accueil reste moyen. Un bon point pour le SPA et le buffet petit-déjeuner, qui lui était très varié et bon.

Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila. O quarto estava limpo e bem arrumado. O café da manhã vale muito a pena, tem muita variedade e qualidade. Localização ótima, você fica bem centralizado na cidade ao lado do centrinho. Somente o atendimento dos funcionários que deixa um pouco a desejar. Mas no geral eu voltaria a me hospedar lá.

من اجمل الفنادق في شامونيه مكانه واضح الغرفه كبيره نوعاً ما مقاربه بفنادق اوروبا نظيفه ومريحه والخدمه جداً ممتازه وعندهم خدمات اضافيه يرسلونها لكم ( كل شي بسعره ) مكان المطعم الدور السابع فيه مواقف تحت لازم تطلبها منهم قبل الوصول وتبلغهم بنوع سيارتك ( ما تدخل السيارات الكبيره) كان عباره عن مدخلين عشان تدخل للجراج جداً امن والدخول للفندق من نفس الجراج على فوق بمصعد والمدخل الرئيسي بالشارع تقدر توقف بالشارع وتنزل الاغراض ثم تتوجه للجراج قريب منه كل شي بالخارج فيه صراف وتحته فيه مركز تسوق بسيط وسوبر ماركت خدمه ممتازه وبالتاكيد ساعيد الزياره 💜

Organized a 40th birthday and chose this hotel. Great decision. Great value, great quality, no complaints. If I return to Chamonix I'll stay here again without hesitation.

Room with a view, with access to the spa and a good breakfast. Perfect location to catch the buses for skiing and wandering out into the village for après skiing!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y de centros de ski. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno. El bar es acogedor y con buena seleccion de bebidas. Se puede alquilar equipamiento de ski en el hotel. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la cama es comoda. No tiene minibar con stock de productos. El spa es lindo, utilizamos el jacuzzi, habia que reservar.

Petit déjeuner décevant aussi bien au niveau de la propreté générale de la salle ainsi que le réapprovisionnement. Service pas à la hauteur.

The rooms here were nice enough, though small. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent, though frequently ran out of food and were very under-seasoned. The hot tubs were cold but the steam room and sauna were nice. Overall we didn’t have a bad stay, it just wasn’t great and wasn’t worth the money. Also we were there to ski and had a big bag of snacks to take on the slopes. Probably $50 worth give or take. So when the cleaning staff either took them or threw them away we let the front desk know and they just kind of threw their hands up and said “the cleaners say they didn’t touch them.” It’s a convenient location but you can probably find more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Every things is good when I check in , I found 1 woman staff helpful to keep our lugguages , early check-in , the view is normally but it's not bad for warm welcome. So she's very nice for recommend about spa , pool bla bla bla for free and tell me about 1 hour that I decide later. Then I come and ask different staff in evening. for booking I think the service look good for 1 hour. that I stayed 3days 2 nights so I ask her about I think we have to book service like "spa" and I ask her about treatment , spa we can book right? she didn't understand. and that I ask again about spa so her eyes look we aren't French. This is the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at... but we did it for the prime location and our expectations were exceeded! To our relief it was a casual atmosphere, the breakfast was amazing with incredible top-floor views, and the bar was fun (and even hosted a popular Friday night karaoke). The room was large and included thoughtful closet/storage, and also a great balcony. If I ever go back to Chamonix I will stay Alpina; thanks team!

I have been a guest at the nice contemporary hotel 3 times over the past 8 years . My recent experience this week means there will be no future visits for myself or my many skiing friends. I had reserved my room for 4 nights but at mid day lunch time I asked Nadia at front desk if it would be a problem if I left 1 day early. “ That would not be a problem “ was the reply — No mention of hotel charging for the 4 th night even after 24 hr prior notice . On check out day I noticed the charge and called for the Mgr - Mr Benjamin- I am just guessing the Mr Benjamin was absent the day the hotel management class taught how repeat guests were to be treated with utmost respect and civility. Mr B came across in a rude and condescending manner - I was Shocked that a Mgt team leader would behave in such a manner . It was the second time my wife and I stayed at Alpina, and both times, the experience was excellent! The staff is very kind, the facilities and location are great, and the restaurant offers a magnificent view. There are two areas that could be improved: a) Gym – The hotel could enhance the gym by investing in a new treadmill. Additionally, installing blinds would be beneficial, as it was quite difficult to run there in the afternoon due to the sunlight. b) Jacuzzis – Above the jacuzzis, there were large, odd-looking wooden pieces resembling decorative lamps, which felt unsafe. I highly recommend that the hotel remove them."

Overall the stay here was underwhelming. The worst part of the trip was that one of the cleaning staff took the 50ish Euro worth of our groceries and snacks we had for skiing from our room. We came back from a day on the mountain and they were just gone. We mentioned it to management they said they'd ask the staff about it. The response was "no one remembers taking a huge back of unopened food from your room." Well of course they wouldn't because then they'd either have to admit that it was stolen or more likely that they just threw away 50 euro's worth of perfectly good food. We have stayed at the Alpina many times and appreciate its fantastic views of the mountain range and its excellent staff. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was large and full of a variety of foods.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en nous attendant à une prestation haut de gamme, compte tenu du tarif de 380€ la nuit, mais nous avons été très déçus. La chambre était basique et ne valait absolument pas ce prix, avec un balcon en mauvais état. Le spa est agréable mais reste petit, avec un hammam, un sauna et deux jacuzzis qui ne sont pas spécialement exceptionnels. Pour le buffet à volonté, facturé 110€ avec deux boissons, nous avons trouvé que la qualité n’était pas à la hauteur du prix. Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Shocking Disrespect and Aggression On the last night of our family ski trip in January, we returned to the Alpina Eclectic Hôtel & Spa bar for a nightcap, only to be approached by an aggressive individual (not hotel staff) who told us the bar was hosting a private event. There was no sign indicating the bar was closed or reserved, and we had visited the bar previously without issue during other events. Despite explaining that we were hotel guests and simply wanted a drink, the individual called hotel security. They aggressively pushed my husband out of the bar and attempted to physically remove us. In our shock, we kept reiterating that we were guests of the hotel, but security called the police. Over six police officers swarmed us, acting aggressively until they realized we were hotel guests and hadn’t done anything to warrant such an escalation. Dur

Bien .Situation excellente mais mérite un accueil plus chaleureux pour être à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile. Excellent petit déjeuner, très varié et copieux mais là encore accueil peu chaleureux avec une absence d'informations sur le service. Nous regrettons une mauvaise organisation du Spa.Bien qu'ayant réservé à l'avance notre expérience a été perturbée par l'arrivée d'un groupe de 12 jeunes filles extérieur à l'hôtel qui ont envahi les jaccuzzis et crées la pagaille au niveau des peignoirs.Mon peignoir a été emprunté et surtout la carte de ma chambre a été déposee par celle qui l'a pris sur un muret.
