It’s fine - just waited 30 mins in a queue of 2 people to be served. Overall it’s taken an hour to get a tuna sandwich. Staff don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on… bleak atmosphere. Chef doesn’t have a sense of humour and was quite aggressive to people wondering why things were taking so long! Would love my money back tbh.

Food is really good. I enjoyed the Mont Blanc ans K2 sandwich but there is no bathroom located in the cafe.

Loved this place so much we kept returning. Juices are fresh, coffee is good plus the chicken sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had. Wonderful how easy it was to get a glutenfree version for my partner as well.

Sandwiches were delicious. Service was prompt and friendly.

The girl working there did something extremely unhygienic After a customer with a dog left, she picked up the dog’s water bowl, and it dripped onto a customer table and her own hand. Shockingly, she didn’t wash her hands afterward and proceeded to make drinks for other customers with the same hand that had touched the dog’s water. I asked the male staff member to heat my drink and serve it himself, as she was clearly not following basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, she didn’t even clean the table where the dog bowl had dripped, and new customers were seated there without knowing. This was both disturbing and unacceptable for a place that serves food and drinks.

Mini tourist trap, left with the feeling of being slightly fleeced. Coffee was ok, service was friendly, but the owner decides not to provide a toilet to paying customers, and adds a ridiculous tip request on the card machine 10%, 20%, 25%, other, if I remember correctly. This is France not the USA. There are many places in Chamonix that don't do this

Hangover cure and human striver (with beets added) were excellent. Service staff very nice. Inside a little cramped and noisy for our tastes. If they had outside tables, we would’ve had lunch because others with the toasts looked divine!

Super cute shop! I got the Tropical juice and the Everest sandwich and they were not top notch. The juice was a perfect fresh blends and the sandwich was awesome. The bread was so fresh it was still warm and the smoked salmon was perfect--no Brineyness at all.

The staff is absolutely not customer oriented, toilet was out of order (seems like it doesn’t exist and they just say it’s out of order), charged 10€ for coffee (reimbursed some time later but still). The avo smash was ok but the overall experience was bad. Definitely not coming back and don’t recommend it. The branch in Zurich was fantastic but unfortunately currently closed

It says it closes at 16:00. We came from Les Houches with a baby to get some food. As we walked in, at 14:59, we were told they had decided to close early because it wasn't busy. I said we had just come from Les Houches with a baby and it had taken 30 mins - could they just make us 2 more sandwiches. She said no, and that we could find somewhere else to eat in Chamonix. Rude and lazy.

Great! A perfect stop on the way to a morning hike. Delicious espresso drinks - we had flat whites - and very good, simple, and healthy breakfast options. My smoothie bowl was really tasty and the perfect amount. I can definitely recommend stopping here. I'll be excited to get back to try a juice.

Chic place in the heart of Chamonix, lovely people and creative meals and drinks. Not a lot of places to sit but definitely a great atmosphere. We ordered two juices which were cool and tasty, the soul bowl we ordered could’ve had more flavour.

J’aime beaucoup ce café d’habitude mais lors de ma dernière visite j’ai commandé pour la première fois un matcha latte et j’ai été plus que déçue. Le matcha est conservé dans un bocal en verre, il n’est pas battu au fouet mais à la petite cuillière… résultat un matcha oxydé gris et pleins de grumeaux…âpre et amer… et donc imbuvable. Dommage car d’habitude mes commandes sont toujours réussies

Lovely coffee, came back for it a few times. I also had lunch one day and really enjoyed it. Vegan sandwich and a falafel bowl, good ingredients and tasty. Just wanted the portions to be slightly bigger but I think that's because I was so hungry!

L'Arctic propose un large choix de jus vraiment bons, frais, à la demande. Les recettes sont inventives. Les plats quant à eux sont assez simple mais c'est également frais et bon. Cependant le rapport qualité / prix sur un plat comme l'avocado toast, n'est pas terrible. Le lieu est vraiment petit, bruyant et pas super bien aménagé le bar à droite de la porte est également le lieu de passage vers les verres, les couverts, carafes... je vous conseil d'éviter cette place. Par contre, au niveau du personnel, très étonnant... deux serveuses adorables, étrangères et faisant de gros efforts pour parler en français et une patronne, apparemment, qui ne m'a pas adressé un seul regard pendant 10 minutes d'attente à la caisse. Il a fallu qu'une de ses collègues viennent prendre la commande pour me libérer de ce moment gênant. Par ailleurs, pas très smart de

Bon choix de jus et café, dommage que le TPE me demande un pourcentage du montant total pour le pourboire, avant même d'avoir été servi. On est en France, le pourboire reste au bon vouloir du consommateur en fonction de sa satisfaction.

Kleines, aber feines Café mit köstlichen frischen Säften, Sandwiches, Bowls und Kaffee. Alles sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen! Zu den Stoßzeiten stehen im Café zwar viele Leute am Tresen an, aber wenn du es ein bisschen lebendig magst, bist du hier richtig! 😊👍🏻

Mouthwatering food quick service

Had been here 100 times, and had mostly decent quality service and quality food and coffee, but admittedly, with a lot of variation. However, recent encounter made me decide to never come back. I think it must’ve been taken over by a new owner who is extremely rude, making the experience, quite unpleasant, and the quality of the coffee seems to have gone down as well. Too bad ☹️

C'est du pure bio. Tout est fait maison et frais. Hormis le café ☕️ qu'avait un goût particulier. Service au point, les serveuses parlent plusieurs langues, français espagnol et anglais. Bonne ambiance et joli cadre ,endroit particulier mais vivement à découvrir.

Great health food option in Chamonix!

Eine kleine aber sehr feine Auswahl an verschiedenen Sandwiches und Salaten die jeweils frisch zubereitet werden. Auch die Smoothies sind einfach spitze. Direkt aus frischen Früchten zubereitet zum Kunden. Das Ambiente ist einladend und auch die Bedienung ist stehe bemüht einen zu helfen. Alles in allem sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert.

Endroit sympa avec une jolie carte. Le service n'est pas folichon, le problème quand il y a du monde les employés non pas le temps de débarrasser les tables et de les nettoyers du coup nous, nous somme retrouvé sur une table avec une assiette d'un client qui venait de partir. J'ai commander un cappuccino et l'on ne m'a pas proposé la taille, je les vue après avoir commandé qu'il y avait plusieurs taille. Je reviendrai, mais il y a quelques petit points à améliorer.

Update Jan 2024: just as good as I remember. This is my favorite cafe ever. Good prices, amazing food and juices, great atmosphere and very nice staff. I have nothing but positive things to say. Jan 2022: My only complaint is that this place is in a different continent from where I live. I have a come here almost every day for breakfast since being in chamonix. I still need to come for lunch. The food is healthy and delicious. The juices are amazing, all is reasonably priced, and the owner is super nice. Definitely worth stopping even if just for a delicious cappuccino!

Quite friendly staff and great coffee !

We bought 6 coffee and they still refused to give us our free coffee. Card states buy 5 and get the 6th free. Don’t wast your time with the loyalty cards as they are don’t actually let you use them ever! LOL

A great addition to Chamonix. Excellent Artisanal coffees, interesting juices and smoothies, and a limited but good selection of food to eat. Very good for breakfast through lunch. Staff is very friendly, but the service can be slow at times.

Overpriced low quality food. Staff seem they don't want to be there and are quite unfriendly. Music is more fitting for a beach club in ibizia than a cozy cafe in the moutains. No toilet, no WiFi.

Le tropical trail est très bon, simple et rafraîchissant, tout ce que j’attendais. Personnellement je suis tombée sur une serveuse (brune à lunettes) très sympathique qui m’a parlé en français malgré le fait que je veuille lui parler en anglais. J’ai attendu à peine 5 minutes malgré le débit de clients, ce qui est tout à fait correct. Très bonne adresse pour un bon jus sur Cham 🙂

I was a little skeptical that this place was as cool as it's marketed, especially since the price is not what you find at SuperU across the street, but now several times I have wandered in for a healthy life-saving cocktail of vegetables or a juice shot, and loved the ambiance, presentation, juice ingredients and bowls. Also, the staff are usually hurried but always kind and fix any order issues without a fuss! So nice of them, thank you. Poke bowl, Zinger shot and Betterave Rejuvinator highly recommended!

Les salades sont vraiment trop chères pour ce que c’est. 9€ pour 75% de salade verte, 5 fines rondelles de betterave, un quart d’avocat, 10g de quinoa et 5 fines lamelles de patate douce… Les jus sont bons mais très chers également. Nous avons dû aller à la boulangerie après pour compléter le repas…. À ce tarif on aurait pu se payer un resto avec des vrais plats dans le coin. Les produits ont l’air de qualité par contre. Je conseille plutôt une salade de boulangerie, c’est moins cher et plus consistant.

J’entre dans ce café pour commander un cold brew oat (café infusé avec du lait d’avoine) à 3,9€. Premier constat, la personne derrière le comptoir a du mal à m’expliquer en français que le cold brew n’est vendu qu’en cannette - dommage pour un café qui se dit “fait maison”. Je lui demande de me faire un cold brew oat malgré le fait que ce soit industriel. Il semble perturbée, demande à sa collègue, finalement il me prépare un café frappé en me proposant du lait d’amande ou du lait de soja - sans me demander la taille (qu’il a choisira en très grande taille bien sûr) qui me coûtera au final 6,5€. Très dommage pour un café qui m’avait l’air génial, je n’y retournerai pas

The BEST breakfast place. The first time we were in chamonix we went here two days in a row. Then came back 6 months later because we love it so much. All of the food is so tasty and filled with so many fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s impossible to order because everything on the menu is so good!!

I had a delightful experience trying out Artic Cafe! Initially, I thought it was just another fancy, overpriced juice bar, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Salmon sandwich with avocado was incredibly fresh, and the gluten-free bread tasted just as good as regular bread. What's even better is that the price was very reasonable at around €8, contrary to my initial expectation of €17 euros. The juice servings were generous, almost like a pint, which was perfect for a hot day. Additionally, the coffee was robust/strong, and the milk was wonderfully creamy and reasonably priced. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the presence of wasps, which is understandable given that it's a juice bar. It seemed to be a seasonal occurrence and didn't detract from the overall excellent experience I had. But maybe placing a trap outside would help this.

Serveuses tres agreables mais pas de toilettes alors qu'on peut y manger, une ergonomie de travail pour les salariées mal réfléchie... dommage.

Encore un commerce ou le personnel ne parle pas UN mot de Français!!! La serveuse nous fait clairement comprendre qu'elle ne fera aucun effort de compréhension. Quel dommage, c'est pourtant pas la mer à boire de servir un français dans son pays. Donc on s'adapte, on boit son jus avec ce petit goût amère si dommage.

My favorite café around this area. First time I visited this café was in Lausanne and absolutely loved it, the vibe is chill, the service is friendly and they have great coffee. I personally love their chai latte, and usually order it with almond milk, which by the way is another plus that they have other milk alternatives which is rare to find. Also it’s a good spot to have breakfast, brunch or just a quick snack. All their food is healthy and fresh. They have amazing healthy bowls, sandwiches and many brunch options as well as a variety of great fresh juice options. The quality in Lausanne and in Chamonix were the same, I love that they are consistent. I definitely recommend visiting this café, you won’t be disappointed.

Trop de mal organisation c’est incroyable. Les deux petites jeunes qui parlent anglais sont dépassées. Mon jus est resté dans le blender prêt à m’attendre pendant au moins 10 min !

Bien qu’il n’y ai rien à dire sur les sandwichs qui étaient bon, le temps d’attente quant à lui laisse désirer, 20 min pour en faire 3 faut pas abuser non plus. Alors c’est super, c’est Healthy, ça attire les parisiens mais il faudrait que les serveuses ( qui étaient au nombre de 5) s’activent plus que ça. Ps: nous étions 5 dans le magasin

Très bons produits frais. Chaï latte délicieux. Petit bémol sur l'encaissement où on apprécierait que la vendeuse parle un peu français. Même si nous savons passer commande en anglais pour aller plus vite, ce serait plus agréable que ce ne soit pas à nous locaux de faire l'effort linguistique. Certes on peut débuter et apprendre mais il y a un minimum...

Been here a few times. It's good. But depends who's working as hygiene can be very poor, I found two hairs in my last sandwich and there was so many flies inside even tho its winter, all girls had hair sticky out and not tied properly. Cups are dirty too.

This was an amazing spot for breakfast i came back two days in a row. They accommodate gluten free and dairy free and we’re happy to. I had avocado and beet toast and a beet rejuvenate juice that was seriously incredible.

This was my first visit to this chain of coffee shops and it was a positive experience. Very nice variety of breakfast meals, juices and coffee, plus cool and efficient staff - recommended!

Great vegan options. The protein cookie dough smoothy with oat milk was delicious. Smashed avocado toast very tasty.

Great wraps and salads as well as coffee. All at affordable prices. Highly recommended.

The place with bad vibes, really pricey for what you get and very slow even a half empty. I've ordered a smoothie, double espresso and flat white = 16.5 EUR. While it should be 7.5 + 3 + 4 = 14.5. Didn't ask if I need a check. I ended up with a large americano... Which is 4 EUR, still doesn't match. The service is a complete mess, 3 people for a small space, they are trying to do everything individually, taking the orders, then making you a coffee, then serving it, making a smoothie, then washing some cups, serving food, etc. They don't have proper roles and skills. Everything is really slow and the staff is unhappy as well. They need to cut half of the menu, improve processes and make happy the customers and themselves. The coffee was ok, while the smoothie was kinda watering and too milky, kinda simple sweet milk with some flavour and bubbles.

Finally some good clean food! Absolutely a hidden gem! Great healthy food. They have amazing coffee and fresh juice. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They even had milk alternatives which I haven't found anywhere else!

I love it! Been struggling to find a good coffee in Chamonix, but hands down this is the best. Their wraps & superfood bowls are so fresh and good. Thank you for the amazing service you made my trip even better.

I'm completely addicted to this place. The only downside is no toilet. Food and coffee are awesome.

Après 3 visites cette semaine je peux dire que les 3 personnes différentes à qui j’ai eu affaire ne sont pas du tout sympa.. Un peu l’impression de les déranger.. sans rentrer dans les détails.. Arrivée ce matin à 8h05 on m’a rapidement indiqué que rien n’était prêt, de revenir plus tard.. bien évidemment sans aucune forme de sympathie.. Dommage, je ne reviendrai pas

The coffee is excellent, but the service sometimes falls behind. As a local, I visit from time to time. No toilet available anymore ? That's pretty bad.

Uma maravilhosa descoberta em Chamonix, sumos e pratos simples e nutritivos, saborosos e com ingredientes de qualidade. Preço muito acessível quando comparado com os restantes praticados na vila, e tendo em conta a qualidade. Opção para comer no local ou take away. Recomendo.

Gluten free options! Great space to have a coffee or meal, healthy options and comfy seating. No wifi so can’t work/study but great for socializing, reading or journaling

Food and juices were good. However: 1) it is a bit expensive for what it is (similar prices for the justices to Geneva where I live which is crazy) 2) there is no toilet (which also means you can’t even wash your hands) 3) and the wait is long.
