This hotel is the perfect blend of luxury and a chalet feel! The rooms are fabulous with heated towel racks, and lights that automatically light up. What really makes this place special is the staff- Claire is the best! We loved our stay so much.

Love love love this hotel. It is the perfect balance of luxury and rustic appeal. The rooms have towel heaters, the ski lockers have boot warmers, but what really sets this hotel apart is the SERVICE! Thank you to Claire for all her expertise. This hotel is a gem.

Hotel Hermitage is a lovely, family-owned hotel and the rooms are clean and decorated in traditional alpine style with lots of wood. Excellently located, just 5 mins from the centre but on a quiet street and a ski bus stop a couple of minutes away. We had a super room on the top (3rd) floor which was very quiet with little external or internal noise. The staff were superb and could not have been more helpful in booking restaurants and advising on what to see and do. The hotel does not have a restaurant itself but there is a good list of local eateries and the staff can recommend the best one’s, according to your taste. Breakfast was a little disappointing, minimal cooked options or fruit, but with a large selection of bread and croissants. Tea and cakes were available after a hard day’s skiing but were not free.

Accueil très chaleureux, très bel endroit avec une possibilité de se parquer a proximité pour Eur 10 par jour. En 10 minutes à pied nous étions en station. Le petit déjeuner est dans une belle et vieille salle et est très original et appétissant

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pour un week end en amoureux et tout était absolument parfait. Ne vous privez surtout pas d’un petit bain à remous sous les étoiles. Le service en chambre de charcuterie / fromage / terrine est très généreux et appréciable. Sa situation a quelques minutes du centre mais dans un quartier calme est parfaite. Les nuits sont TRÈS silencieuse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

L’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. Il combine très bien plusieurs aspects l’esprit chalet, calme, déconnexion , et en même proche du cœur de ville de Chamonix ! Une adresse à ne pas manquer ! Tout est très bien pensé jusque dans les détails !

Nous avons passé un séjour à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Le studio était très joliment décoré, avec une vue merveilleuse sur le Mont-Blanc. Le petit-déjeuner, fait maison, était délicieux et le restaurant très cosy. Le salon est splendide, avec de très beaux livres, notamment sur la vie de Chamonix, un vrai plaisir à feuilleter. N’hésitez pas à faire un tour à la boutique : nous y avons acheté du shampooing et du thé, Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, adorables, gentils et attentionnés. On reviendra !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce soi-disant 4* à dormir dans les mêmes draps pendant tout le séjour, Il faut réclamer le ménage de la chambre (jamais fait avant 15h ou 16h), ménage qui consiste uniquement à refaire le lit ; le sol en bois plein d’échardes dégoûtant jamais aspiré donc jamais lavé non plus est taché et collant ; la douche n’a jamais été lavée en 4 jours ; un sèche cheveux qui ne chauffe pas ; les toilettes dans la chambre avec une porte à trous ; un lavabo grand comme un cendrier ; pas de smart TV ; et pour couronner le tout, il n’est pas possible de petit déjeuner avant 8h !!! Compte tenu du prix, je ne recommande pas.

Восхитительное сочетание уюта, дизайна, красоты, стиля. Хозяева и персонал очень приятные . Все было на высшем уровне. Понравилось не только нам, но и нашему питомцу ( той-пудель мог свободно гулять по отелю, приходить с нами на завтрак ..)

Très beau séjour au Chalet Hermitage à Chamonix. Chalet chaleureux et plein de charme, avec un superbe jardin spa, des petits chalets cosy avec sauna et un jacuzzi extérieur très agréable en hiver. Chalet Hotel Hermitage is a wonderful, family-run hotel where you truly feel the care and attention in every detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home — cozy, warm, and very comfortable. We stayed in the Prestige Suite, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel is charming and welcoming, making the stay truly relaxing. A special thank you to Emilia at the reception — she is superb, incredibly kind, and professional. Her warm attitude and helpfulness made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, home-like stay with excellent service.

Hôtel magnifique très bien situé et un accueil très sympathique un petit détail c est pas grand chose mais faire payer un supplément pour les oeufs avec ce tarif de petit déjeuner c est dommage c est la 1 ère fois je vois ça

We booked this hotel months ago and it exceeded all our expectations! Located 5 min from the train station in a wonderful setting with jacuzzi, small pool and saunas to enjoy. Super comfortable bed and pillows. |Claire, at the front desk in the evening, was very helpful with hiking information, making dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants and full of enthusiasm for the area. Emilia during the day was great and Junko (sp?) in the breakfast room was also helpful with hiking information and friendly smiles. Great experience!

This hotel was truly delightful in every way! The staff were SO kind and helpful in advising what activities to choose each day, the garden spa was amazing, and the breakfast was incredible!

Un lieu enchanteur, parfaitement entretenu. Le jardin alpin est une merveille, on a l’impression d’entrer au pays des contes de fées. Mobilier de qualité, élégant et raffiné. Personnel d’une grande gentillesse, très attentif aux besoins et prévenant même avec les petits chiens. Petit-déjeuner inoubliable.

Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The outdoor spa, especially the variety of saunas, was truly exceptional. We did not try the breakfast so that is unknown for us.

The Chalet Hotel Hermitage Paccard is pretty darn close to perfection. This was our second stay at the hotel and even more lovely than we remembered.|Location is a short walk from the train station, but away from the crowds on a quiet street. We had a suite with wrap around balcony and mountain views from every angle. Warm woods and crisp white bedding gave an air of elegance to our room.|The garden has been expanded since our last visit and it was a treat. After our hikes we would relax on contoured lounges (my favorite spot was under a big weeping tree) where we fell asleep on more than one occasion. We enjoyed food and drink served in the garden and it was all excellent. My favorite was a red berry salad with dried meat and cheese--delicious! |The hotel is family owned and the attention to detail is evident throughout the property. Every day we saw the owner tidying up the gard

I loved the location because it’s right outside of Chamonix center in a quiet location but easy to get to the shops etc. staff was friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and the spa amenities are stunning.

Opravdu úžasný hotel. Na dobrém místě, jen pár minut chůze do centra města. Parkoviště. Krásně zařízený pokoj s balkónem a nádherným výhledem na Mont Blanc. Pohodlné postele. Fantastická snídaně, se spoustou zajímavých lokálních dobrot, tak dobrou šunku jsem snad ještě nejedla. Ale hlavně - zahrada ! Zahrada se třemi saunami, jezírkem, vířivkou, spoustou stromů a stínu a znovu parádním výhledem na hory. Nejlepší bylo, že s námi do zahrady mohl i náš pes, takže jsme si mohli užívat relaxace společně :). Na sauny už bylo malinko teplo, ale byly jedna lepší než druhá, tak jsme je stejně vyzkoušeli. Za mě jeden z nejlepších hotelů, ve kterých jsem kdy byla, hned bych se tam vrátila :)

We spent four days at this hidden gem, just a few minutes' walk from downtown Chamonix. Our room had everything we needed, an including a good mattress and private balcony with views of Mont Blanc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The outdoor spa is set in a beautiful garden, with saunas, a jacuzzi, cold plunge, natural pool, and sun beds — perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The hotel's high standards made our stay unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be back soon

Emplacement parfait, à moins de 10min à pied des pistes de ski et du centre ville ! Chambres propres, confortables, bien décorées, bien équipées et avec de magnifiques vues ! Mention spéciale pour le personnel très accueillant, souriant, réactif et arrangeant !

L’accueil, la décoration et tous les details font de cet établissement une vraie référence. Les trois saunas et les salons sont tous accueillants. Le personnel est exceptionnel et particulièrement professionnel. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Hotel che non merita le quattro stelle forse tre sono troppe! Prezzo esagerato (450€ a notte) rispetto alla qualità dei servizi! Camera con bagno a vista senza porta. Colazione a pagamento 22 € a persona! La Spa è fuori dall’hotel in un giardino adiacente. Room service a dir poco indecente. Pulizia approssimativa. Letto scomodo. Assolutamente non consigliato

Un séjour parfait au Chalet Hôtel Hermitage à Chamonix ! 🌟 Les chambres sont idéales, confortables et nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et très accueillant. Une attention toute particulière a été portée à mon petit chien, qui a été accepté avec bienveillance et a même eu une surprise dans la chambre ! 🐾 Le spa, avec ses saunas et son jacuzzi nichés dans un jardin magnifiquement décoré, est un vrai havre de paix et de relaxation. L’équipe est aux petits soins, super arrangeante et très bien organisée. Ajoutez à cela une localisation parfaite et vous obtenez un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande à 100% ! ✨🏔️

L'emplacement est idéal. Les réceptionnistes sont très avenantes tout en étant professionnelles. Le décor de l'hôtel vous plonge dans une ambiance de montagne cosy. Le jacuzzi en extérieur est très appréciable.

unprofessional staff. I was expecting an email confirmation for 2 rooms. The confirmation never came when I called back a few days later to inquire the rooms were gone. Very disappointing.

This hotel is big classy cottage , so romantic, the rooms were spacious, the service was lovely, the garden was lovely, I lived in it one of my loveliest travel experiences “ visited august 2023”

Bel hôtel confortable, très proche du centre, espace sauna dans un jardin , original et très agréable si la météo est clémente. Je conseille le tonneau a 7 deg. Produits du petit déjeuner excellents même si on regrette le supplément pour les oeufs.

Non esitate VENITE ad occhi chiusi e lasciatevi cullare dallo staff. ❤️

I reached out multiple times via email with inquiries and special requests to make our wedding anniversary stay memorable. Unfortunately, none of my messages were addressed. Even after requesting to speak with a manager five times, my requests were denied, and eventually, my emails were completely ignored.||||It's incredibly disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and customer service from an establishment that advertises personalized stays and excellent staff. Our anniversary is a special occasion, and we were excited to celebrate it here, but the unresponsiveness has left us feeling overlooked and frustrated. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication with potential guests in the future.

Charming and beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our staying a lot. The hotel has unique decorations, French touch, delicious breakfast, very nice staff, amazing garden, great location and Mountain View. Diffidently will come back again. Btw, don’t forget to ask about the cutest couple “Alpe and Charlie”

Close to downtown. Less than 10 min walk. 15 min to the cable car. Very friendly staff. Overlooking the mountains. They have a private parking at 10 euro per day.

Christmas 2023. The most magical Christmas day in a true fairytale hotel for the true alpine Christmas experience in Chamonix. The hotel looks like a huge chalet and the rooms are incredibly cosy. The other hotel areas are beautiful too and look like a cosy woodland cabin. Lovely white robes in the stunning room. Bed was very comfortable. Then the garden and spa was like something from a German fairytale. Staying in the hot tub and looking at the stars and the mountains is something I'll never forget (please note this is an extra cost). I felt so refreshed after this stay. The breakfast had a nice selection too, including gluten free. Staff were lovely and helpful. They made our Christmas last year very special!

Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel à Chamonix qui est de loin le meilleur dans lequel nous avons pu séjourner en France. Nous sommes sous le charme de cet hôtel familial dans lequel nous sommes retournés pour la troisième fois. Le personnel est très attentif et d’une extrême gentillesse. L’hôtel et le jardin sont très agréables. La situation est parfaite dans chamonix. Nous recommandons également le petit-déjeuner.

(August review) Fantastic place. The garden with its many surprises (wooden shacks with each a story to tell, private Jacuzzi, multiple saunas, mini streams and fountains is an ideal place. Excellent breakfast, super welcoming staff, and the owners are so friendly...we spent half an hour talking. Very close to the center (5 min walk), to the train station (also 5 minutes), view on Alps (including Mont-Blanc) and we had a large balcony to enjoy it. We will be returning. I imagine it will also be wonderful in winter and we will surely be returning.

Nous adorons cet Hotel, pour son confort, son ambiance familiale, son calme absolu, son jardin magnifique et les prestations qui vont avec ! Nous avions une chambre sublime donnant sur le Massif du Mont Blanc. Petit déjeuner magnifique ! Le seul tout petit bémol, c'est que les chambres ne sont pas équipés de Nespresso et que le thé n'est pas renouvelé sur les 4 jours. C'est un peu dommage surtout lorsque l'on prend une suite ....

I had a perfect stay! Very comfortable room with an incredible view. Super nice garden, with 3 saunas, a cold plunge and biopool. The pool felt super luxurious after long, hot days in the mountains. I hope to be back! Merci beaucoup.

A beautiful family hotel in Chamonix. Alpine style decor, perfectly clean and a fantastic garden with different saunas, hot tub and cold plunge. Highly recommend and would love to return in winter.

Our second stay at this hotel. Tucked away a short stroll from Chamonix centre. We used the saunas. They were good. The breakfast is plentiful. Everything you could wish for. The lovely lady serving breakfast was very helpful and courteous to all the guests. The bar service in the evening was a bit slow but that was ok because it has very pleasant sitting by the fire. It seems most people eat out in the evenings. We stayed 5 nights.We would stay again.

We visited for 5 days with our son and his girlfriend - we had a brilliant time in Chamonix and at your chalet hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the bed was cosy, the room was very clean and the housekeeping team visited every day. Breakfast was brilliant - absolutely superb, the bar and reception great - with some fabulous cocktails available and very tempting. Each afternoon there was a selection of fresh cakes. We didn’t visit the jacuzzi (as that was an extra cost) but our son and girlfriend did visit the sauna every day.

This hotel is divine and very mountain chic , position is good, bedrooms lovely and having shutters a bonus, bathrooms beautiful and separate loo. Comfy bed. Staff are lovely apart from the man who works in the afternoon who is unhelpful and disinterested. He just asumes because you have a very well explained book that he doesn’t need to do anything. That aside this is a great place

I stayed at this fantastic hotel with my partner for a 4 night ski holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful with a authentic french feel, we had a privilege room which was lovely, spacious but cosy and a huge balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was brilliant with a buffet of pastries, fruit, fresh juices and more. Coffee was one of the nicest I have had! Cakes in the afternoon is a great touch. The outside area with the jacuzzi and saunas is a highlight, one of the best spa type experience we have had! Options of different saunas, and a jacuzzi which you can book as a private slot. Perfect location to walk into the town in 5 -10 mins. For skiing loads of lifts nearby (I recommend hiring a car as the buses are very busy so difficult to get on) Loved all the attention to detail in the interior and decorations around the hotel. Wo

We have had a pleasant few days and have been blown away by the level of detail provided. The rooms are great, and super comfortable. Different saunas to fit all levels of heat wanted and a lovely jacuzzi. What a lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when next in Chamonix! Special mention and thanks to Federico for his feedback and recommendations for skiing, as they were extremely helpful and fair to say it maybe even avoided some potential injury for a not so advanced skier. Our time in Chamonix was unforgettable! The place was spotless, and the view of Mont Blanc was absolutely stunning. A delightful breakfast and the incredible secret family recipe cake added to the charm. The staff was warm and friendly, and the fact that it's pet-friendly made our stay even better because of a puppy golden retriever Joy.

Nous étions déjà venus l'année dernière et nous étions tombés sous le charme de l'établissement Hôtel Hermitage Paccard. Nous sommes donc revenus cette année. La magie de l'établissement est toujours bel et bien présent. L'ambiance chaleureuse, cosy et intime vous feront passer des vacances merveilleuses. Nous sommes reçus avec le sourire et le personnel est aux petits soins. Tous les à cotés (petit déjeuners, goûter, cocktails, dîners, jacuzzi...) complètent ce séjour à merveille compte tenu de leur qualité. Tout est excellent et servi généreusement. Merci pour ces séjours, nous reviendrons encore et encore ... !

Rooms were cosy and warm with good view and facilities. We only had a bath which some would struggle with as it was very deep. Small area, and no ventilation in the toilet which is very close to the bed area. Outside saunas in Small separate chalets in the garden opposite was cute. The noise in the bedroom was too much though in the morning as you hear everything including other guests talking in their rooms, putting keys in locks etc. Website says soundproofing but i dont know where this is from. Each room is like a wooden cabinet. Guests waking and going skiing very early were inconsiderate very loud, chatting excitedly and banging doors etc, maybe some signs would help. Then the cleaners came and made very loud dragging and banging sounds for the next 2-3 hours so no morning lie ins in this hotel unfortunately, which we do like and why we normally book a self catering place like air

Gorgeous site and marvelous team In addition to be very well located, the site is marvelous and the service top! An absolute must stay there if you’re passing by Chamonix. Pretty good hotel. Small rooms though and well below average breakfast. So disappointed I paid for that. But it's a nice hotel.

Nous sommes venu en couple le 24 au soir. Hotel bien situé Belle chambre cosy Petit bémol sur l'accueil nous sommes restés 10 mn à l'entrée que le réceptionniste deigne venir nous accueillir,occupé à ciré les pompes a la dame huppé au bar. Pour un niveau haut de gamme que propose l'établissement la prochaine fois nous irons ailleurs

Pas facile à trouver mis l’établissement est au calme absolu. Les chambres sont confortables et douillettes avec vue sur le Brévent en ce qui nous concerne. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Le personnel féminin est charmant et compétent. Le jardin vaut à lui seul le détour pour sa beauté et son calme.|Prix un peu élevé mis on peut conseiller cet endroit les yeux fermés.

Bella esperienza in questa dimora. Luogo affascinante e con la camera assegnata ancor di più. Terzo piano camera angolare. Doppia finestra in camera con bel balconcino vista Monte Bianco. Finestra in bagno e finestra nel vano water separato dal bagno stesso. Buone le spugne , accappatoi compresi. La vasca purtroppo senza telo o vetro, invece un disastro. Assai difficile non allagare il pavimento. Bel comodo il letto. Cuscini troppo morbidi. Montani ed eleganti gli ambienti comuni. Di grande impatto il parco. Non abbiamo usufruito essendo in giro tutti i giorni per UTMB di sfruttare spa o massaggi e la fresca piscinetta. Buona e in ambiente raffinato la colazione. Très belle chambre supérieure. Hôtel bien situé à Chamonix. Joli jardin avec possibilité de prendre de bons cocktails et des planchettes ( tous excellents !!) Un petit déjeuner absolument divin! Frais et Local! possibilité de prendre des œufs sous diverses formes en supplément mais avec le mérite d'être "préparé minute" et non des œufs en poudre comme dans la plupart des hôtels.. Service de petit déjeuner excellent, fruits frais, jus d'orange pressé. L'homme de l'accueil professionnel ! A améliorer: L'accueil à l'arrivée pourrait être améliorée par la réceptionniste. Indications pour trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel etc...et moins technique ( bourrage de tête à n'en pas finir avec de multiples informations+ empreinte carte avant même de pouvoir entrer au parking). En effet, lorsqu'on arrive à bout de souffle à force de bouchons ....

Brilliant hotel, with pride in its home made and bio breakfast menu, and ecological garden. I was sceptical about the garden, but they provide towels, robe and sandals, so I gave it a go. Charming! Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms had everything but were compact, and not brilliantly soundproofed. It was a hot day/night and there is no aircon, but with the window open it is just about okay. Ample private parking. Best thing? The breakfast. Home smoked salmon. Amazing pastries and bread. Not to be missed. I will gladly return.

The rooms are bare bone, and they don't provide a coffee machine, or a small fridge. For this price, even low season where it's really pricey, it's pretty outrageous. There is no shower in the room, only a bathtub with a showerhead so if you don't want to shower sitting in the tub, it splashes water everywhere. They even have the audacity to charge their guests 1.5 or 2€ (cannot remember actual price) for a small packet of freeze dried coffee in your room. Freeze dried! I mean, how cheap can you be? For context, this is a 4 star hotel. We also did not have a good experience with the staff (man from Argentina) who was pretty rude. One good point, at least, is that they have a locked room to store your luggage.

It was less than what we expected for the price we had. The surroundings are great, but there was too much noise from the cleaning ladies, no refrigerator nor mini bar in the room, and above all... the shower in the bathroom was pretty weird. No chance to be hung on the hanger, because the cord was too short. (room 12). On the other hand, the receptionists were polite and friendly.

In my opinion this hotel doesn’t worth the amount paying per a night! It is very expensive and when going through details can see it is like 3 star hotels or less! Let me share some of my feedback: 1: the first snd most important one was the receptionist ( a man) which is not welcoming and don’t care about hospitality and guests careness! 2: there is no fridge inside the room. 3: there is a tea maker but they don’t put any tea or coffee! ( which is the first time in my life faced with after traveling so much) 4: they don’t put fresh water for you, so for everything you need to pay. 5: in the bathroom there is no hair conditioner, no body cream. Even in bathroom you need to put shampoo on the floor as there is no shelves or hanger inside. 6: what I don’t like more was that you need to pay extra for breakfast. I feel sorry in writing this review as I understand that this business could be negatively impacted by a low rate - however, what I lived needs to be shared. My family and I were verbally attacked by the owner of the hotel, who felt the need to shout at us because we were not happy with the overall experience. The reasons of our unsatisfaction are almost irrelevant, compared to the owner's attitude - I will still list them to be fair: our room had heating issues that were solved at a later stage (after several remarks to the staff) and the frame of our bed had termites (which freaked us out a bit, we even have pictures and recordings!). In front of these problems (that were acknowledged by the staff in several occasions), we were shocked that there was no apology or offer to make our stay more pleasant. Breathtaking location! The hotel itself is really good, they give herbal tea and cookie as a gift and sauna access. They have three saunas, they are all adorable and looks like a picture for some fairytale. For extra price you can book outdoor jacuzzi with the view at the alps (a glass sparkling wine is a gift). The view from a room balcony was awesome too.

The room was nice but really small, no fridge and we were unable to use the spa the next day. We were late and arrived around 11:00 pm and they left the keys out for us which was really nice. Coffe in the morning was 7 chf.

It is very clean and nice hotel to stay in but a little bit expensive, the room are very small too. It has great garden where you can relax and enjoy the mature while reading or just sitting. In my opinion ,1 or 2 days would be more than enough to discover the village and to practice the activities in there. Super séjour passé à l'hôtel Hermitage nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois et avec notre petit bichon Gloria. Nous avons été tous les 3 bien accueillis. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le jardin est sublime , reposant. A 3 minutes du centre tout en étant au calme c'est l'hôtel idéal pour un séjour ressourçant. Nous reviendrons :)

Séjour en couple pour un anniversaire, c’était incroyable, dépaysement total, ambiance cosy, personnel à l’écoute, très gentils, et disponible pour nos besoins. Je tiens à souligner que je n'ai jamais gouté des viennoiseries aussi excellentes, le pain au chocolat est à tomber par terre ! Le petit déjeuner a un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Autre point positif, on s'y sent vraiment bien, l'ambiance du chalet hotel est particulièrement chaleureuse. et le personnel est très à l'écoute et attentionné ! La décoration est chaleureuse et le service est chaleureux. Il est à 7 minutes à pied du centre ville. L'emplacement est très bon. Ce serait parfait s'il y avait une bouilloire dans la chambre. Globalement très satisfait !

But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)

Super Tolles Hotel. Mit schönen Appartements. Alles ist top Sauber und gepflegt. Die Inneneinrichtung in der Lobby und im angrenzenden Restaurant, Barbereich sind stilvoll elegant, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das gefällt mir sehr. Mein Appartement hatte einen Balkon mit einem grandiosen Mont Blanc Blick. Die Küche ist sehr elegant mit sehr guten Geräten ausgestattet. Die Betten mega komfortabel. Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich sehr zuvorgekommen. Es wird englisch ne französische gesprochen. Das Frühstück ist mit 15€ nicht teuer , dazu gibt es eine Frühstückes Karte noch. Parken ist umsonst, und die Lage in Chamonix perfekt. Und alle Mitarbeiter die ich erlebt habe mögen wohl Hunde. 10 von 10 Punkten. Merci Hermitage Paccard pour ce séjour génial.

Hôtel familial, très accueillant et charmant. Nous nous y sommes rendus à 2 reprises et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Le spa à l’extérieur est très agréable. Vue sublime sur le mont blanc.

Un hotel avec énormément de charme et une ambiance chaleureuse. On s'est senti tout de suite très bien dans notre chambre et dans les cabanes SPA. Un vrai travail est fait pour passer un beau moment romantique. Je le conseille à tous les amoureux. 4 étoiles car pas mal de vis à vis du côté de notre chambre sinon parfait.

Nous avons passé une séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel qui allie a la perfection charme traditionnel et service de qualité! Malgré le contexte sanitaire actuel, l'équipe de l'hermitage a sû s'adapter avec brio et proposer des menus en chambre digne d'un service en salle. Tout d'abord je tenais particulièrement à remercier le Châtel Hôtel Hermitage de Chamonix pour le séjour que nous avons passé au sein de leur établissement. Malgré la situation, tout était à la hauteur de nos espérances voire bien mieux. L'hôtel est magnifique (musique, senteur, décoration, pièces communes...) les chambres sont somptueuses (décoration, qualité de la literie et des mobiliers, les produits mis à disposition pour le bain ou se restaurer, la vue...), les repas étaient délicieux, tout était parfait. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Bravo pour les valeurs et tous les efforts qu'ils ont mis en place pour le respect de la planète (cf. document remis lors de notre check-in). Nous offrons le séjour à noël à nos parents ! Ho soggiornato una notte qui di passaggio e non sono stata particolarmente soddisfatta. Camera con balconcino sul monte Bianco ma minuscola, bagno altrettanto minuscolo. Mancanza di frigo bar, presenza di un bollitore in camera ma non di una bustina di tè o caffè.....assurdo! Alla mia richiesta alla Reception, la risposta è stata che il bollitore era a disposizione per chi si portava le bustine in autonomia, diversamente di scendere al bar. A me è la prima volta che capita! In compenso ti regalano 2 dolcetti all’arrivo....mah! Del wifi non ne parliamo, praticamente assente. Di positivo ho trovato la gentilezza della signorina all’accoglienza ed il parcheggio interno.

Très bon séjour à l'Hermitage ! Rien à redire. La chambre était très confortable et spacieuse, la vue incroyable. Tout comme le petit déjeuner avec un personnel aux petits soins et des produits très qualitatifs. Le jardin biotop est magnifique et est l'endroit idéal pour passer quelques instants reposants, coupés du monde.

Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia del personale, l'eleganza degli spazi e la colazione al tavolo secondo le disposizioni Covid-19. Mancava l'aria condizionata in camera ma ci rendiamo conto che i 32 gradi del 31 luglio 2020 sono una cosa eccezionale. Sarebbe stato bello avere un Minibar in camera

Magnifique endroit qui permet de réaliser un lâché prise total. L'accueil est parfait et le personnel très attentionné envers ses hôtes. La décoration est superbe et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieuses et très confortables. Le jardin de relaxation est un endroit magique qui offre un excellent moment de détente. Pour ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner c'est l'apothéose car les produits sont frais et fait maison ou provenant de producteurs de la région. Brilliant time here. Room was comfortable and well decorated. Bed was comfy but would prefer two pillows to one was just too tired to call down for one! Excellent power shower Sauna facilities were lovely Staff were superb, pleasant, polite great English and other languages. Very helpful too. They were a credit to the hotel.

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between traditional and modern, the employees were all kind and professional, the breakfasts were divine, and the saunas take the wind-down experience to a whole new level. Such a wonderful stay! We came to Chamonix for a week of skiing and winter fun. Chalet Hotel Hermitage made this week amazing and we are already thinking when to go back! The room was cosy, big comfortable bed and a view of Mont Blanc! What more can you want? The reception has a wonderful chill out area where you will want to spend all your evenings drinking French wine and eating tartiflette. Every corner is so well designed and cosy! Breakfast is delicious, maybe my favourite moment of the day! Eco and organic, locally sourced products, warm bread, pastries and an amazing view. Love love love! The hotel is well positioned only 10 mins walk to the centre and close to bus and train station. The saunas and tea room in the garden are not only very cute and charming but also the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of ski or walking. The staff are wonderful! Shoutout to Emilie

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the room was lovely, breakfast service was abundant, fresh and delicious and the garden was simply enchanting. It was actually hard to leave for activities - I just wanted to relax in the beauty and tranquility there.

Accueil familial et distingué. On est aux petits soins pour nous. Ambiance et décors chaleureux, c'est un plaisir de lire un livre de montagne dans le salon ou de faire une sieste dans le jardin. Excellent petit déjeuner face au Mont-Blanc. On a forcément envie de revenir !

Vraiment super, sympa, très attentif, parc de détente inattendu, un vrai petit paradis. Allez-y sans crainte, pas loin du centre ville.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service, very friendly staff, all the service you need. Very good breakfast. Free parking lot available. If you like a very spacious room ask for the suite with balcony on the front and site. Do you want a shower or bath, make this clear. When you want a room with balcony with Mont Blanc view then ask for a room on the front side of the hotel with view on the garden and mont Blanc. There's a beautiful relax garden with lots of sauna and spa cabins. In the hotel lobby are lots of spaces to sit and relax. Nice bar. 5 minutes walk from the citycenter of Chamonix.

Very lovely hotel. Very nice staff and all of the details of the hotel design and comfort are very well considered. We were a little disappointed that a continental breakfast or even coffee in the morning is not included, especially for a four star hotel at a ski destination. A small café crème each morning is 4.50 euros so this really adds up fast. There is also no shuttle to the train station, which is about a five minutes walk but very difficult in the snow with luggage. A taxi from the hotel to station which is about 2 kilometers away at most is an insane price of 22 euros so once again a complimentary shuttle or even just less expensive than the price of a cab would be helpful. Overall nice stay but we did feel a little "nickle and dimed" but these things.

Our stay at Hotel Hermitage was incredible. The interiors of the building are stunning and every corner of every room is so charming. The service was incredible from breakfast every morning, to cleaning our room, to providing aperitifs by the fire place before dinner. It is a family run hotel and the members are there 24-7 as concierge to call you a taxi, make dinner reservations and answer any questions. It is located on a quite little street just 5 minute walk from town, on beautiful grounds. They even gave a bag locally baked cookies as a departing gift, which were perfect for the train ride home. Would definitely come back!

It was a wonderful winter weekend in a outstanding hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. We will go back for sure!

Très bon établissement avec un personnel très sympathique. Le fait que l'hôtel soit à taille humaine est très agréable. Excellent petits déjeuners. Petite note négative sur la chambre car nous pensions que toutes les chambres supérieurs étaient ouvertes sur la salle de bain comme sur les photos du web et malheureusement nous avons eu une chambre supérieur classique vieillissante.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Maisonnée de l'Hôtel-Chalet de Tradition L'Hermitage et pu profiter de rester en famille pour de belles soirées au coin du feu... Très bon accueil, très bonne réactivité, et super petit-déjeuner. Jacuzzi extérieur au top ! Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied à 5 minutes du centre-ville. Nous recommandons et remercions encore Myrtille pour sa gentillesse. A bientôt..

Wir verbrachten Ende September 4 Nächte im Hermitage Paccard und haben die Liebe zum Detail sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind härzig mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Kein Kitsch und unnützes Zeugs wie so vielerorts!||Wunderbares Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten, Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. Einzig der Kaffee sowie The waren dem Haus nicht würdig. Da besteht noch Verbesserungspotential. Der Wellnessbereich im Garten ist ebenfalls sehr liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepfleht. Wir würden bei einem Chamoixbesuch wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis an guter Lage. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

الفندق والخدمة رائعه، والعاملين في منتهى الرقي، الاحساس العالي بالحميمية ، الغرف واسعة ونظيفة، المنظر من الغرفة رائع ، ومنطقة شومونية منطقة جميلة جدا، كانت الزيارة في بداية سهر سبتمبر، وعند العودة لنفس المنطقة سيكون الفندق هو الخيار الاول

Superbe, un séjour zen au calme avec une vue sur le massif du Mont blanc imprenable.

Première visite, nous reviendrons dès que possible. L'accueil était parfait, la chambre correspondait exactement à nos espérances (malgré une vue mont blanc en trois quart et pas en direct). Le petit-déjeuner était divin et le service aux petits soins ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la discussion et les conseils avisés de Myrtille sans oublier la réactivité de ses parents lors de notre petit soucis deau! Merci encore et bonnes futures vacances!

The family and staff are what make this Hotel amazing. They were the nicest people and I love their family dogs. The garden was beautifully landscaped and so relaxing. We were supposed to be there for only one night but we fell in love with the Hotel and Chamonix so we decided to stay and extra night. I will be coming back to this memorable hotel the next time we visit Chamonix. The cherry on top was that we were able to bring our two dogs with us without any issues. Gold star for that!

This was my second stay in 4 years...I would have stayed last year, but they were already booked up. I have had nothing but wonderful service, and have no complaints whatsoever. The location is hard to beat....just on the edge of all the city activity, but just off the traffic and noise, so it is truly ideal. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting here!

Hôtel de Qualité, emplacement idéal. Excellent accueil, employés très agréables, souriants, disponibles. Chambre très confortable, vue Mont-Blanc, belle terrasse. Ambiance intimiste, cosy. Espace détente, de relaxation très agréable. Un excellent séjour passé au coeur de Chamonix.

Se trata de un Hotel excelente que se encuentra a cinco minutos del centro. Hemos estado en una habitación doble superior durante 17 días y todo son elogios. La habitación de dimensiones adecuadas, bien decorada y con vistas al Mont-Blanc. El buffet del desayuno es perfecto y muy variado, tanto de dulce como de salado. Dispone de parking propio. Asimismo tiene una zona de jardín con varias saunas y un jacuzzi. Todo el personal es extremadamente amable, cercano y atento. Por todo ello tenemos que felicitar y felicitamos al dueño, Monsierur Paccard y a su equipo.||Es un Hotel totalmente recomendable para una estancia perfecta y tranquila.

Un hôtel très agréable, qui dégage une impression de sérénité dans un cadre verdoyant magnifique, où l'on est hyper bien accueilli, tout le monde est prévenant et aux petits soins, bref tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...et le plus tôt possible !!

Great place to stay. Loved every moment here. Rooms were tidy and nice, same with staff and all. Very nice outside of hotel, as well as parking oportunities. Would stay here again!

The Hermitage is a wonderful hotel; everything is very close to perfect. A short walk to everything, and yet, one has the feeling of being in the country. The staff is very helpful, polite and charming. The garden is beautiful, parking is free and convenient. The breakfast could not be better. We were delighted to find we had a balcony looking out on Mont Blanc. Our only slight complaint is that we attended the Friday wine tasting, which was supposed to be “offert”, and were charged for wine that no one told us cost extra. On the whole, Hermitage was an excellent experience.

We loved this hotel. Our room was wonderful and the people running the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend.

ด้วยความที่ฉันเป็นคนไทย การได้เห็นหิมะตรั้งแรกในชีวิตเป็นอะไรที่ตื่นเต้นมากๆ และแน่นอนว่าโรงแรมแห่งนี้ได้ตั้งอยู่ในที่ๆแหมะเจาะ ทำให้ฉันได้เห็นวิวที่สวยงามมาก บรรยากาศเหมือนอยู่ในเทพนิยาย ห้องพักก็อบอุ่นน่ารัก บริการดีมาก

Vi havde boet på hotellet flere år tidligere og var spændt på om det stadig var ligeså godt som sidst. Og det var det absolut. Alt var stadig hyggeligt, rigtig pænt og rent. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme, og fik os til at føle os velkomne. Haven var udvidet med forskellige saunaer og flere rolige hygge områder. Det er helt sikkert at næste gang vi kommer til Chamonix bor vi her igen.

Rigtig dejligt hotel med en super beliggenhed i stille og rolige omgivelser. Værelset var charmerende, og havde en dejlig balkon med udsigt til Mont Blanc. Personalet var alle rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Der er tillige en dejlig have til hotellet. Det er absolut et hotel jeg kan anbefale, og det er helt sikkert, at vi også bor der næste gang vi er i Chamonix.
