تجربتي في الفندق كانت عاديه لكن فيه ملاحظة مهمة: من الساعة 5 الفجر إلى 9 الصباح تنتشر روائح طبخ قوية (خصوصًا ريحة البصل والأكل) في الممرات وللأسف تدخل حتى داخل الغرف وتكون مزعجة جدًا جدًا خاصة وقت النوم أو الراحة أتمنى يتم تحسين التهوية ومعالجة المشكلة

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. La localisation est idéale : au milieu de la vallée, en face des œufs de la Flégère et devant l’arrêt de bus. L’équipe est vraiment très agréable, toujours à chercher à rendre service. Avec mention spéciale pour Emily et Adèle, aussi charmantes qu’efficaces. Le seul conseil que je donnerais serait d’inclure les omelettes dans le petit-déjeuner standard. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Heerlijk om uit eten te gaan!

Des plats excellents (salade chèvre chaud incroyable, qui nous a surpris pour un tel plat classique), crémeux du Revard délicieux. Service particulièrement rapide, efficace, et très professionnel: on sent que les choses ne sont pas laissées au hasard ce qui est agréable. à bientôt !

les plus : - Le personnel est vraiment bien ,tres bon service avec le sourire - La chambre (glacier) grande, spacieuse et propre avec une grande salle de bain. Une machine a café et bouteille d eau chaque jour - L'emplacement proche des remonté et des bus - Le restaurant est bon, bien qu un petit peu cher les moins: - on ne nous a pas remis les cartes d hotes et aucune solution proposée,alors que c'est obligatoire. On a du aller les chercher a l office du tourisme de Chamonix. - 0 pointé pour le Buffet petit dejeuner 15 euros (une blague) composée de 2 sortes de cereales, 2 types de pain, 2 sortes de viennoiseries, un jus d orange, 3 parfum de yaourt, miel , 1 confiture (fraise). Boisson thé et café (pour un cappuccino il faut payer en plus!!). Impossible d avoir une tranche de jambon ou un peu de fromage blanc, il FAUT suivre la carte des brunch point barre. ce qui plac

Très belle chambre ! Spacieuse et bien décoré ! Merci aux dames de l'accueil très gentille. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain mal isolé avec celle du voisin. Dommage également pour le petit déjeuner, un peu trop chers pour ce que c'est.

We have visited here to eat multiple times over several years and not only is the service second to none, the food is consistently the best we’ve had in the area – every single time. They genuinely never falter. The dishes are always fresh, beautifully cooked, hot, and full of flavour. To top it off, the location is stunning, with wonderful views that make the whole experience even more special, whether you’re stopping by for a relaxed lunch or a cosy evening meal. Anyone visiting Chamonix should put this on their list – it’s a true hidden gem and both lunch and dinner are guaranteed to be superb.

Cet hôtel est original et chaleureux.par contre très mal insonorisé,on a l’ impression. Que les voitures sont ds la chambre.|Mais le pire ce sont les repas qui sont hors de prix et immangeables.45 euros une fondue au cèpes Lyophiilises par personne 🥺.Le petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible.Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Superbe découverte et sans hésiter nous reviendrons 🤩 Chambres spacieuse avec balcon propre agréable avec une très belle décoration, petit parc pour se balader, bus au pied de l'hôtel donc pas obligé d'utiliser la voiture. À proximité de Chamonix : 5/10 min en voiture, télécabine a 200m, petits déjeuners Un peu cher 18€ mais très bon, personnel très accueillant et souriant

This is a great hotel located a couple of miles north of downtown Chamonix. It is updated and located in the valley with outstanding views of the mountains and glaciers. It has a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating. Our room was very nice with a king size bed. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower. The staff was helpful. this hotel is on the bus line. There is a free parking lot across the street.

Très bonne restauration, surtout leur bavette, très bien présenté avec une qualité prix correct. Très jolie terrasse, une bonne adresse pour une sortie à Chamonix

Un accueil extra ! Un cadre superbe, un personnel adorable ! Spéciale dédicace a Emmy ! Une fondue top, loin du stress et des paillettes de chamonix alors qu'on est juste a 2 km, au praz ! Parking a côté ! Je recommande vivement le castel !

Un hôtel à taille humaine qui séduit par son atmosphère chaleureuse. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et offrent un confort appréciable pour se reposer après une journée en montagne. La prestation hôtelière est tout à fait convenable, avec un petit-déjeuner varié et de qualité, idéal pour commencer la journée. Le cadre est exceptionnel : depuis l'hôtel, la vue sur les sommets environnants de Chamonix est à couper le souffle et contribue à une expérience authentique et ressourçante.

It was a nice hotel with easy access to the city center. The hotel restaurant was pretty good, and there are also a couple of other nice restaurants nearby. However, the breakfast was not worth the money, and some of the staff members did not come across as very welcoming. Happy with the room, but there was quite a lot of noise from the road when we had the windows open, which was a bit unfortunate.

I am currently staying here and I am glad I found this hotel. It is clean, modern, but the best part is the professional, hard-working, friendly staff. They will go way out of their way to accommodate guests’ requests. I want to specially thank Antoine who greets guests when they arrive and when they come back from a long day in Chamonix. He is reflective of the whole staff. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It is very hot in Chamonix right now and the vast majority of the hotels do not have air conditioning. I feel sorry for the guests at other hotels. This hotel has one of the best hotel air conditioners in the rooms. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves excellent food. Nous sommes venus manger un soir au restaurant de l’hôtel : c’était vraiment très bien. Le personnel était au top, la cuisine excellente, les cocktails impeccables ! Matteo, lui aussi, était génial ! Je recommande vivement.

Nous n'avons pris que 2 verres après une randonnée, mais les tables n'étaient pas nettoyer même après la prise de commande qui fut assez longue, mais bon ... Serveur sympas.

We checked into the hotel this afternoon, June 4. The restaurant and bar were open, there were staff in reception, all good. They said restaurant and bar would be open continuously, from 8 am until 10 pm. We left for a little while and came back at 5pm. There is NOBODY here. Restaurant and bar are closed off and locked. Nobody in reception. The room directory said call 9 for reception, but there is no phone in the room. I called the main phone number. SEVERAL TIMES. A recording said reception is open from 8am - 10pm, call back during those hours. (It was 5pm at the time.) Now, we are here in this ghost hotel by ourselves. This is so bizarre - I have never literally been alone in a hotel - no staff!!!!!

Blown away! Stay in room 9 and look at the mountains through your skylight or from your balcony chairs. Take a long hike (the Aguille du Midi is close to the hotel) and then come back for a long, hot shower under the super wide showerhead. Amazing amenities and a cool ambiance. The buffet breakfast is a good way to refuel before the next hike. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. I'd recommend this place for absolutely anyone, although I don't think an elevator is available for the upper floors. Update: Here we are again, visiting for maybe the 10th time, staying in the same room where we first stayed in Le Castel (the butterfly room). This time is shoulder season, with relatively fewer guests. Even though staff are greatly reduced, we had a great stay. Breakfast was a highlight, even though there was no buffet in the lower season. Instead, a very kind staff member cat

Our third stay, and hotel is still great, rooms very well maintained and clean, and restaurant is very good.

El hotel es bonito y limpio, pero se catalogan como 4 estrellas y no tienen ascensor, el acceso a pie no está bien señalizado, en época de nieve el suelo exterior del propio hotel no lo tienen bien acondicionado (resbaladizo y nevado), no tienen parking propio (hay uno gratuito al cruzar la calle pero no cubierto), el desayuno sólo se puede reservar de forma anticipada por la web propia del hotel (reservé por Esquiades, a la llegada me confirmaron que sí tenía reservado desayuno y al hacer el check out me cobraron 18 euros por persona y día), el desayuno es escaso y no lo reponen, las habitaciones tiene muy poca luz, tanto natural como artificial. La temperatura de la habitación es agradable y tienen secador.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in September 2024 and were thoroughly happy with our stay. We had a top floor room with an amazing view of Mont Blanc from our balcony. There was even a great view through the skylight in the shower. Great bathroom, by the way. We dined at the hotel each night after returning from our daily wanderings and tried pretty much the entire menu and found everything to be wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful for a couple of first time visitors to France. Will definitely stay here again.

Les employés de l'hôtel et du restaurant sont extrêmement professionnels et sympathiques Ils sont réellement aux petits soins et agréables. Les repas sont délicieux, les chambres sont belles, propres, et la vue est époustouflante. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour au top !

Super moments passé à l’hôtel… les chambres sont super, beau décor. Vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre sur les Drus, magnifique. Et le restaurant excellent ! L’équipe est vraiment sympa ✌️

Dommage on peut donner que 5 étoiles, ça mérite beaucoup plus. Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix, service au petit soin, rien à dire un de mes meilleurs séjour.

We had a wonderful time. Small boutique hotel with great amenities. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there were other options close by. The staff was very helpful, including lending us a power adapter and an umbrella when we had a sudden rain storm. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the "maid" service was very accommodating, the shower was amazing, and the views were phenomenal. The bus stop was right outside the door and only a 5-7 minute ride into the city center. The busses ran about every 30 minutes during the day. Much of Chamonix is touristy and crowded, but the hotel was not. Ate at the restaurant--great food. Several other small, affordable, restaurants and patisseries were within a five minute walk. Air conditioning in the room! If I ever get back to Chamonix, I will definitely stay here!

We loved every moment of our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. It’s a cozy spot with very easy access to all of the local transit (free train and very inexpensive busses), beautiful views of Mont Blanc and other mountains from every bedroom. Restaurant was delicious and the porch was the perfect place for post hike beers. We already miss our time at this perfect spot.

We have just had the perfect 5 night stay. The hotel is cosy and friendly while at the same time stylish and efficient. As first time visitors to Chamonix we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice both for its location and comfort. Sad to leave after enjoying a truly exceptional meal on our last night.

The room we got is amazing. The guy who answers the phone and checks in is not right. I have a broken foot so I tried calling down to ask for some local information and to order room service but the phone didn’t work so I had to call from my UK phone. He said the phone in the room is just decoration. He came up to my room and I asked about how best to get to the gondola to get up to Mont Blanc and he had no idea what a Gondola was. I pulled it up on google translate and show d him and he still didn’t understand. After a few minutes he said ahhh a bucket??? What?? Who doesn’t know what a gondola is?? We also asked him earlier in the day if he had a wheelchair and he said no. We asked if he knows how we could get one and he said check with a pharmacy. We asked if he would acquire one and we would pay for it and he said no. My husband has now been driving around for the last hour t

Top séjour, l’établissement est très bien. Malheureusement un seul défaut et pas des moindres, beaucoup de poussières dans la chambre alors peut être est-ce car nous sommes en basse saison, mais nous avons même eu une crise d’allergie à cause de la poussière.. Sinon je reviendrai, avec mes antihistaminiques 😅

One of my favorite stays during our Europe trip. Absolutely breathtaking views of the the mountains. Spent a little extra for the views of mount leblanc and it did not disappoint. The interior of the entire hotel is very fitting for the royalty feel. The room was amazing. I’d love to stay here again. Breakfast was a little pricey (18 euro each person) but good. Overall, I look forward to staying here again

Amazing stay! One of our favorite stays on our trip so far! The room was amazing and comfortable. Great decor. The bath tub was relaxing and great. The balcony had a once in a lifetime view of the mountain. Absolutely get the upgraded room it’s worth the balcony. Only downside is breakfast is expensive for what it is. Not many options and was $18 a person.

Great spot for après ski just off the Flegere gondola. We popped in for one and ended up staying for several as the vibe was fun. Good service, reasonably priced cocktails and drinks (for chamonix) and a good location.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés au Castel pour y manger une petite gaufre et boire un petit vin chaud après avoir skier l'après-midi, nous avons appréciés le lieu très bien placé ainsi que l'accueil et les gaufres qui sont excellentes

This is an alpine style boutique hotel with about 14 bedrooms. The bedrooms are very spacious & excellently furnished to a very high standard. The ensuite bathrooms have high quality sanitaryware & showers. It is clear that the owners spared no expense in the fit out of the bedrooms & ensuites. One of our bedrooms even had 3 tier chandelier & period style free-standing bath as well as shower. The restaurant has food " to die for" & very efficient friendly staff. We could not recommend this hotel more highly & we cannot wait to return next year's ski season.

Nous avons manger à ce restaurant ce jour ( 27 février 2024) nous avons était déçu car les serveurs était désagréables. Malgres tout j’ai eu ma fondu chocolat c’était très bon.

Nous avons tout aimé. Peut-être, le service pourrait être davantage chaleureux et personnalisable. Aussi, il manque un peu de luminosité dans certaines chambres.

Un emplacement idoine pour skier à la Flégère ! Petit déjeuner non compris à la chambre, ce que je trouve un peu étonnant

At this moment nothing to like at all here - as the stay was ruined by one staff who is working today at 10:28 am on the reception, he came and start screaming as mad in the morning. He claimed we should have not stayed at the hotel even though we have paid for this night!!! It is ridiculous! If I pay for the accommodation, it is my right to stay at the room! He was trying to kick us out when we paid for our stay! Then he stepped on my leg next to my husband’s face , ran to kitchen to ask them to attack us with words that they got the big guy there, more two men came, that’s totally inappropriate, we told to call to police, as a residents of UAE it will be big problem when three men trying to attack me as a woman. but he start shouting more, such people should not work in hospitality! If you don’t want to have spoiled vacation, don’t stay at this place as long as such people work here.

Took 40 minutes for them to take the order. And when they talk to you, they don't look at you. I only had a drink and a small snack because I had to wait for someone. But if it was nice, we would eat there. So we didn't do that. Obviously I didn't tip with this service. Then she suddenly looked at me with an angry look.

I accidentally left my backpack here after a day's skiing and when I returned in the morning the backpack was returned to me but missing was my favorite woolly hat. Not good enough!

Gorgeous room/hotel; definitely surprised at it being not bad on the lower end of the budget side of hotel venues!||Really handy being opposite the bus stop into Chamonix/local ski resorts as well as, opposite the ski lifts!||Walkable into Chamonix by the river; definitely recommend walking into town as well as visiting Le Petit Social for Apres Ski! ||Decor was super cute and so cosy! We only ate once for dinner in the hotel (was a bit out of budget) but, absolutely worth it. Would without a doubt, stay here again!||Very clean!

Only used the restaurant. Food and drink were excellent. If skiing Flegere, it is worth coming down to lunch here and then go back up.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant and breakfast bar was delicious. The hotel rear gardens look towards the Mont Blanc glazier.

Had a beer here when we finished the TMB, we were hot, dirty, and tired yet they sat us down and fed us beer and food.

We ate at the restaurant, it was great!

Sometimes I love macdonald, when traveling,, it's easy to spend time there specially, with this hot weather.

Arrivée : les toilettes dans état exécrable. Nous avons dîner hier soir, avons été 4 à prendre une fondue et avons tous été malade. Tout cela pour un prix exorbitant, en entrée le tarama servit direct dans le pot du fabricant ! Bref !👎

Zwei kleine Cappuccini für 10 € bei misslaunigem Service. Sind extra einen Umweg hierher gefahren, weil wir vor drei Jahren hier das köstlichste Gènepie Eis unseres Lebens bei absolut charmanter Bewirtung bekommen haben. So ändern sich die Zeiten. Eis hätte es auch erst nach 12 Uhr gegeben, wenn die Küche auf hätte. Sehr schade.

Tolles Restaurant, ausgesprochen gute und innovative Küche, sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommrnder Service, Panoramasicht auf das Montblanc Massiv inklusive. Preis-Leistungsverhälnis top für Chamonix, wer über kleine Portionen und teure Preise meckert muss erst mal die anderen Restaurants hier vor Ort besuchen welche bei gleichem Preisniveau eine wesentlich schlechtere Qualität und Auswahl bieten. Immer wieder gerne hier im Le Castel

Très bel hôtel. Cosy. Coocooning assuré. Personnel accessible à tout moment et avec le sourire. Le petit bémol mais à titre perso concerne le petit déjeuner. J'aurai souhaité avoir plus de variétés de pains régionaux, une variété plus large de fruits et des fruits secs,maïs cela n'enlève en rien à ma note. Un beau séjour.Merci. Mr et Mme Vallet.

L'émulsion de salsifis offerte en apéritif était un pur délice. Nous avons partagé un carpaccio de bœuf excellent et nos plats étaient tout aussi bons et joliment décorés. Nous avons été au restaurant le Castel pour boire un verre et pour dîner, dans les 2 cas, nous avons été 100% satisfait du service, de l’accueil, de la qualité des plats (félicitations au Chef 👨‍🍳). Mathias a été parfait, un grand merci à lui et à toute l’équipe pour leur efficacité et gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite à Chamonix !

We had food and drinks here only, and it was lovely. A stunning location in the chamonix valley with views of the mountain peaks all around the decking area. Watch as the gondola goes back and forth and the the little red train snakes its way through the terrain to the glacier.

This fantastic boutique hotel and restaurant/bar was my first time staying in chamonix, and for the really reasonable money WOW, what an experience. Lovely clean rooms, great amenities, right at the flegere gondola, and only 25 mins walk down a beautiful river into town, with all the peace and quiet of being a bit distant. ||Incredibly lovely staff were attentive, helpful and knew the area, and made the experience a wonderful one. Will not hesitate to return, was blown away!

What a beautiful little boutique hotel, with an amazing decor and vibe. The restaurant and bar is excellent, and great for a quick apres, without being rowdy till late in the evening. The staff were just absolutely lovely, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable about the local area. The hotel is right next to the flegere gondola, and within a nice evenings walk distance to the main town, getting the benefit of being out of the bustling centre without being isolated.

Nous sommes passés un excellent moment ici,5-6mins de centre-ville de chamonix,un parking gratuit en face.Deux pas à station de ski Flegere .Accueil très agréable.Petit bémol,le choix de petit déjeuner est très limite(un peu cher 18e)

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast is a bit pricey though. The restaurant is very expensive, but we did enjoy the fondue. It only offered bread to dip, but the cheese taste was nice.

Le Castel.... On y est et on y reste !! Venu pour initialement 2 nuits et avec l'idée d'aller manger en ville. Résultats : nous y avons mangé quasi à tout les repas et nous avons même prolongé une nuit de plus ! *Le Chalet: raffiné, beau et très bien tenue. * Les chambres : un confort absolu, une literie qui vous fera passer d'excellentes nuitées le tout dans une décoration poudrée au charme fou * La cuisine : un pur régal ! Et pour avoir goûté quasi toute la carte, il y a rien à redire. Du poisson à la viande au plat végétarien... Tout était bon, dressé, préparé et bien servi par un personnel professionnel et très agréable. Une formule du midi excellente. Des prix à a hauteur de la qualité. Bref mais pourquoi hésitez-vous encore à réserver !?! Pour notre part, on reviendra au Castel.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de dix jours au sein du chalet-hôtel LE CASTEL et nous avons été ravis :) Merci à Adeline, Nico, Younes, Mady, Mélissa, Aurélie, les Dames du ménage et tout le reste de l'équipe (dont 'Michel Blanc' et son chien ;-)). Tous ont été très accueillants, serviables et j'en passe ^^ La chambre, vue sur le Mont Blanc, était très bien et le restaurant plus que bon. Si on revient sur CHAMONIX, nous reviendrons ici car cet établissement est top à tous les niveaux ! Merci encore à tous et à toutes :-* Ci-joint, quatre photos sur quatre jours différents :)

I had an emergency and couldn’t make it to my reservation. I had Amex Travel ask to change the reservation to later in the week. The hotel refused and kept 50% of my money which was apparently easier than having me stay with them. I asked Amex what they said and was told they simply declined.

Expérience culinaire incroyable, je vous suggère d’y aller sans hésiter. Les plats sont délicieux, le service est souriant et très gentils. Le placement est super pour profiter du paysage avec un petit vent frais pour nous rafraîchir durant la journée.

Le personnel est très sympathique, très bonne cuisine et magnifique terrasse. A recommander les yeux fermés

Établissement où nous nous sommes arrêtés juste pour boire un verre cette fois-ci, mais nous y avions déjà très bien mangé. Très bonne adresse avec une superbe vue sur les Aiguilles et le Mont Blanc, face à la magnifique chapelle des Praz.

Comme la chambre donne sur la terrasse du restaurant, si vous avez la malchance de tomber sur un groupe bruyant, la quiétude devient une option.

Restaurant très décevant. Tables bancales et étriqué pour notre groupe avec des enfants. Carte alléchante aux premiers abord, mais la dégustation, comme disaient les serveurs, (très agréable il faut le reconnaître), à vite tourné court. Fois gras moyen, steack tartare étonnant deja prét avec votre imagination pour trouvé les ingredients et surtout les jaune d œuf qui n avait sûrement pas été invité à la fête. Le burger ne restera pas non plus dans les annales. Sans vous parlé d etonnant profiteroles avec une sauce chocolat un peu trop clair pour du chocolat noir. Sinon le pain était très bon, ma coupe colonel ( deux boules de sorbets aux citrons avec de la vodka) également, un peu léger pour un établissement de ce standing. Donc je ne pourrai vous recommander ce restaurant. Au travail chef pour remonter la barre.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location, beautiful room, with great views of Mont Blanc. Restaurant was closed but it didn't matter lots of lovely places to eat. Jade on reception is great went out of her way to help us. Will be back and would definitely recommend

The hotel is great. Lovely room great view of the mountains from the balcony, all the amenities you need, large TV, the restaurant was closed but that didn't matter. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and plenty of it. Jade on reception went out of her way to look after us, including sorting our breakfast, nothing seemed too much for her, she answered our questions and recommended a lovely restaurant and booked it for us. Would we stay again...definitely, would we recommend it, absolutely

Des plats délicieux , un super cadre.

5 à table, formule à 23 € plat + dessert avec un petit "encas" pinsa tomate et surtout olives noires, très bon mais un peu " court" pour le prix. Ensuite 5 cabillauds ( affiché sur les suggestions du jour) ou plutôt de la dorade . Accompagné de risotto. Cuisson parfaite du poisson, risotto bien cuit mais pas trop " crémeux " ou alors j'aurais apprécié un petit peu de sauce au choix du chef. Le dessert: crème brûlée véritablement excellente. BILAN: repas excellent plats et vin et pain . Service et attente: correct.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel is very clean and the décor was incredible. I was there to ski so the location was perfect as it's walking distance to the lifts. But the hotel staff definitely made my trip. They were so nice and friendly. I hadn't been to the area before and they were very helpful in providing recommendations. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour 1 semaine de vacances pour sa décoration et son confort. Très bien. Mais, petit déjeuner très décevant, peu de choix. Restaurant à éviter absolument: pas de cuisinier dans cet établissement! Plats et boissons chers. Attention, ambiance boîte de nuit sur la terrasse tous les jours de 15h à 20h + des événements privés au sein de l'hôtel (mariage sous notre balcon 😳) bruit et proximité limite gênante. Peu de considération de la part du personnel en général sauf Jade qui nous a accueilli parfaitement les matins. Un séjour agréable quand même car la région est magnifique.

Petit plat affiché "Civet de cerf" espérant se régaler, hélas très déçus car le plat est très loin de nos attentes ! Le civet dans une cocotte, accompagné de légumes, toutes petites pomme de terre, carotte coupé en très très fines tranches, haricot, oignons et surtout une sauce très très liquide, proche de l'eau bizarre pour un civet !! Domage car le cadre est sympa et l'accueil chaleureux. Très déçu, je pense que nous nous souviendrons de ce moment et surtout du "Civet de cerf"

Nous avons testé le restaurant un midi en terrasse au soleil. La pièce de bœuf était magnifique… la plavlova pistache mangue un peu décevante mais bonne. L’accueil correct mais des chaises trempées par la neige de la veille et le repas servi à même la table plastique!!! Pas très classe.

Avis mitigé apres plusieurs venues. Certains plats sont très bien d’autres vraiment pas a la hauteur du prix. Pintade tres bonne, les soupes et bouillons excellents, viande rouge moyenne, civet sauce un peu liquide et tres peu assaisonné , frites gras, mous et grop salés. Fondue plutot bonne. Risotto mauvais ( plus proche du pilaf de mamie.. ) Boissons correctes, peu de choix de vins au verre ( on est quand meme en France ) , grog bizarre. Carte un peu trop axée sur un large choix de champagne chère a touristes. Service impeccable mais aucune verif du pass sanitaire…. Desserts : pavlova legendaire, moelleux bien, la sphere bof bof. Globalement soit reduire les prix soit mieux soigner la qualité des prestations qui a l’etat actuel ne sont pas a la hauteur des prix demandés. Online gebucht, Ankunft 7. 9. 21.. Hotel komplett geschlossen. Kein Hinweis, keine Information. Anruf im Hotel: Ja, es sei geschlossen, der Türcode ist..., Zimmer ist offen, Schlüssel im Zimmer. Na ja, da wäre eine Vorab -Info nett gewesen. Nächsten Tag Frühstück, ja Hotel und Restaurant seien heute offen, Schlüssel abgegeben, wandern gegangen. 15.30 Uhr zurück im Hotel. Verschwitzt, durstig, müde. Hotel zu. Niemand da. Zimmerschlüssel nicht erreichbar, im verschlossenen Schrank. Keine Reaktion auf Telefon. Keine Reaktion auf SMS. 2,5 h ist in diesem Hotel niemand erreichbar und ich kann nicht auf mein Zimmer, nicht auf eine Toilette, nichts zu trinken, alles zu, niemand da und niemend erreichbar. Erst um 18.00 Uhr erscheint ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels und ich kann auf mein Zimmer. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem Hotel gemacht habe.

Pour moi un incontournable de Chamonix. Une cuisine exquise, des vins bien choisis, une équipe de serveuses souriantes, dynamiques et professionnelles, un cadre magnifique. Tout est là pour passer une excellente soirée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce moment là bas.

Chalet looks beautiful but the service at the restaurant is below standard for the ambiance they try to set. Price quality ratio seems on the negative side. Food takes ages to arrive cold, almost as cold as they eyes of the waitress when informing politely. Quality of food acceptance but not extraordinary.

Nous avons organisé notre mariage dans cet établissement et nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel pendant plusieurs jours. Tout était absolument parfait et l’ensemble de l’équipe (direction, hôtel, restaurant) a contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Nos invités et nous-mêmes avons été unanimes sur la beauté du lieu et de l’établissement décoré avec goût (restaurant, chambres et terrasse), la finesse de la cuisine et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble de l’équipe souriante et constamment à l’écoute de chacun.
