Had an absolute fab time here with a couple of my mates. All staff were amazing and very attentive. Would recommend and will be returning next year. 👏🏼👏🏼

Pas d’insonorisation. On entend dans le couloir comme si les voisins étaient dans la chambre.|Poignée de la baie vitrée cassée donc un loquet pour remplacer mais laisse un jeu d’ouverture entraînant froid et bruit de la rue.|Peinture pas finie.|Pas de cache sur l’interrupteur remplacé par du scotch.||Grosse taches sur le coussin et la couette, horrible.|Trace d’humidité au plafond, pas de VMC dans la salle de bain donc buée sur les vitres et dans toute la chambre après une douche.||Plus de 60 euros les quelques roses dont on m’annonce devant ma femme qu’il faut rajouter 5 euros pour l’ajustement des frais de transport qui a envoyé sa facture définitive que le lendemain. Frais finalement pris en charge devant la liste des éléments inadmissibles pour un prix de 350 euros la nuit à cette période (mars 2026).||On nous a proposé d’utiliser le spa en compensation et un petit déjeuner complet v

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Chamois D’Or in Les Gets. I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a warm, family-run atmosphere - nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the team went out of their way to make our holiday an enjoyable one. The rooms are lovely and full of Alpine charm and there’s a great spa that’s perfect after a long day on the slopes! |A huge bonus was having Mad Max Ski Rental located right in the hotel. The team there were extremely helpful and efficient, making it so easy to get ski equipment organised for my children. Overall, Hotel Chamois D’Or delivers the perfect Alpine experience: central location, wonderful facilities, and genuinely lovely people. We had a fantastic stay and will be returning again!

Mi experiencia en el hotel Chamois d’Or en Cordon, Francia, fue simplemente maravillosa. Es un lugar hermoso y acogedor, lleno de pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Cada espacio del hotel transmite calidez y cuidado. La comida es deliciosa y se nota la dedicación en cada plato. Durante nuestra estancia nos alojamos en la suite, que cuenta con un balcón grande con una vista espectacular a los Alpes. Despertar cada mañana con ese paisaje fue realmente inolvidable. La dueña del hotel, Caroline, fue increíblemente amable y atenta. Me hicieron sentir acogida como si estuviera en mi propio hogar. Era mi primera vez en esta región y también mi primera vez esquiando, y todo el equipo del hotel hizo que la experiencia fuera muy amena, fácil y especial. A very welcoming hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will book restaurants and advise re ski hire and transfers. Room extremely comfortable with modern bathroom. Superb continental breakfast with cooked options too. The two ‘Vickys’ couldn’t have done any more to make our stay fabulous. Will be back !

Venue uniquement pour le spa, la prestation est globalement satisfaisante. Le spa est disponible à partir de 15h, il faut réserver: 1h/20€. L’accueil est top, à votre arrivée l’hôtesse vous fournit un peignoir, une serviette et des chaussons. Pour se changer, pas de réels vestiaires mais une cabine destinée aux massages. On a accès à un bain à remous, un sauna et un hammam. Malheureusement tous les jets du bain ne fonctionnaient pas et le hammam n’était pas assez chaud. Une musique relaxante aurait été un plus.

Had the best time here! As a beginner skier this hotel & location was great. Hotel was in a great spot, clean rooms - had everything you really needed. Loved the fur doors! The bar is a great spot to chill in the evening with everyone, very casual and a homely feel. Breakfast was always so delicious, have great choices on menu. The spa offered all the basic amenities and was perfectly fine, but a modern update would make the experience better. All the staff were so lovely & helpful on every occasion. So handy having a ski room within the hotel & we found the rental equipment great & got on well with everything. The hotel is located a short walking distance to the gondola which is super handy. Such a great trip! Would definitely recommend this hotel as had a very family friendly feel! Thanks for a great stay :)

Had the best time here. Rooms are lovely and the service is amazing. The team on reception go above and beyond and the breakfast is incredible. There’s a really nice vibe in the bar in the evenings where you’ll often find some ex-pats who are great company and loads of fun. There’s ski hire on site with the lovely Matt and there’s a nice little spa which I got to enjoy a couple of times. The hotel is ideally located, a short walk to the slopes and surrounded by nice restaurants. I’d definitely go back.

Really nice hotel in a great village. If it’s having good snow this is probably ski in but when we were there it was a short walk to the lifts. The town of Les Gets is amazing and adds some culture to your ski trip. The ski fields are huge. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the gear storage system is very convenient.

Je tient à partager mon expérience particulièrement dangereuse avec une conductrice d’un véhicule de votre établissement ! Ça s’est passé à 12h20 sur l’autoroute A40. Elle n’a pas hésité à se déporter sur la voie de gauche à 80km alors que des voitures arrivaient à 130km derrière elle a moins de 50m. Moi et d’autres usagers de la route ont du freiner voir piler en urgence pour éviter l’accident. Je pense que vous devriez faire attention à qui vous confiez des véhicules de fonction, car cela pourrait, à terme, ternir l’image de votre hôtel. De plus, j’espère que la conductrice se remettra en question et prendra conscience du danger public qu’elle est, que ça soit pour elle ou pour les autre usagers de la route. C’est inadmissible d’adopter de tels comportement sur l’autoroute, j’ai vraiment cru avoir un accident et je suis persuadé que ça finira comme cela malheureusement.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel, situé à l’entrée du village. On est au calme mais très proche de toutes les commodités et de l’accès au téléski. Ma chambre était très confortable, bien chauffée, une salle de bain visiblement neuve, une très bonne literie, une terrasse très pratique|Tous mes remerciements au PERSONNEL, absolument charmant que ce soit à l’Accueil, au bar, le matin au petit déjeuner. Une mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner formule « continental » le rapport qualité prix est absolument imbattable!

Avec mon mari nous avons passé réservé un week-end. À notre arrivée, je fait un tour de la chambre et constate que sur la housse de couette il y’a une tache de sang. Je trouve ça très très moyen. Cette housse ne devrait plus être fonctionnel. La chambre en soi est moderne, les serviettes et draps sont propres. La piscine et le petit dej ça été également

Magnifique hôtel spa pour un week-end en famille

Nous avons séjourné un week end en famille dans la suite qui est très belle, spacieuse, parfaite pour une famille. Les chambres sont belles mais il faisait chaud. Le spa de l hôtel est sympa mais le jaccuzi était en panne, donc juste une piscine.

Average 1 night stay. When we arrived we realised that we didn't have the room we had booked with a balcony. This was disappointing and the receptionist was able to offer us the continental breakfast as an apology. The receptionist told us that the spa and swimming pool was suitable for children and she encouraged us to book the remaining slot as soon as we checked in. Unfortunately it wasn't - our child slipped over on the very slippery floors and nearly had a very bad accident. The spa area is dark (very low level lighting), with lots of water on the floor and has a tiny jacuzzi where most of the jets weren't working. It definetly was not suitable for children.

J' ai effectué en juillet dernier un super séjour d une semaine dans cet hôtel. J ai beaucoup apprécié et je le recommande vivement. Il est bien situé, les chambres sont impeccables et tout le personnel est très professionnel et très aimable. Le patron est accueillant ainsi que Valérie à la réception indispensable et toujours à l' écoute de la clientèle. Les chiens sont acceptés donc bonus supplémentaire pour cet hôtel.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, direkt in der Innenstadt neben einem großen und kostenlosen Parkplatz. Sehr nette Begrüßung von einem tollen Serviceteam, was sich täglich größte Mühe gibt. Angefangen vom reichhaltigen Frühstück bis zum Angebot des Spa, der Beantwortung von Fragen und so weiter....sehr zu empfehlen!

De passage pour nuit seulement réservée à la hâte, nous avons était ravi. L’accueil était parfait et le personnel vraiment au petit soin, le petit dej est tout simplement magnifique, la chambre était ravissante et la literie d’excellente facture. We have had the pleasure of staying at the Chamois D’Or in winter and summer a number of times over the last 7 years with our two children (currently 7 and 5). The Chamois strikes the perfect balance between homely comfort and understated luxury. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with cozy details to allow a good nights rest after exploring all the activities that Les Gets has to offer across all seasons. Every single member of staff is genuinely friendly and helpful—nothing is too much trouble. Whether it’s restaurant recommendations, or just a warm smile after a long day, they are always there to help. There’s a great bar downstairs, stylish without being pretentious, and the drinks selection is excellent, even better if weather allows, you can enjoy them on the terrace! Très déçu pour un soit disant 4 étoiles, on voit que c'est tenu par des anglais. Accueil minimaliste, francais approximatif, odeur et chaleur dans le lobby, carpette du sol d'un autre âge, finitions aléatoires, chambre prestige avec zéro vue, lit confortable, mais agencement du mobilier un peu kitsch, sdb totalement indigne d'un 4 étoiles (et le miroir qui convient pour les personnes de 1,60 m max ... Beaucoup trop bas alors qu'il y a la place pour un grand miroir) lampe de miroir sans finition 😳, pas de verres pour la sdb. Joint de la porte de la terrasse ne tient pas, 1 verre avec de veille cigarette sur la terrasse, ascenseur avec éclairage défectueux... Le truc positif, c'est propre partout. Cher propriétaire, veillez faire un tour dans un hôtel comme le Dahu à Morzine pour savoir ce que c'est un 4 * à la française... On est au niveau d'un 3* ici

I love this place. Very friendly and helpful owners. Late arrival no problem, they even organized some hot food after closing time of the shop, helped with things to do in the area, lovely breakfast. In other words, for sure I will recommend this place and book again ( I actually already did)

We were in the area on a business trip. We had a fantastic stay at the Chamois D'Or Hotel - the best of all the places we stayed in the region. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a few meetings lined up at the hotel and the Chamois D'Or team couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that our guests were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Whilst we didn't really get to ski much, this hotel would be a great base for a ski trip. With Mad Wax Ski Hire service in the basement, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and just a short walk to the lifts, you can't really get much better! The rooms were super comfy and the spa was an absolute delight. The highlight for us was the friendly bar where we enjoyed a few drinks after clocking off for the day. We met some lovely people and are already planning our next visit to Les Gets. Highly rec

We have seen stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 12 years. It never fails to add a touch of luxury to our trip. The location is literally 5-10 minutes walk from the ski lifts and gondola and has the added benefit of on site ski lockers (boots and skies can be hired from Matt before your arrival). We opted for the bed and breakfast option. The choice on the breakfast menu has grown considerably with anything from eggs, porridge, fruit, pasties and healthy bowls available, depending on your taste and appetite. We also booked in for the Friday and Saturday dinner option. It’s a 3 course food extravaganza, cooked with care and attention by Duncan Green. It was fabulous !!! It is well worth a visit, although you’ll have to wait until next season now. Book yourself in! Une semaine en famille avec Vicky et son équipe, Nous avons été chouchoutés, C'est plus qu'un hôtel, des conseils pour les activités, les restaurants, toujours à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service. Ambiance chaleureuse le soir autour d'une bière avec la clientèle britannique mais pas uniquement. Math s'occupe de vos locations de skis, snowboard, super sympa et le tout sur place. Franchement c'était top, essayez.

Que dire de ces 3 nuits … Remontées d’égouts dans la salle de bain,aucune solution apporté par la direction si ce n’est de mettre du parfum. Bref …

This place was excellent! Only a short walk to the slopes, great restaurant downstairs offering either a fab buffet or cooked delights for breakfast. On both Friday and Saturday the restaurant is open for Michelin quality dining. We took a family room which worked well with bunks for the kids and huge double.

Petit résumé de la situation: occupant la chambre 22 de l'hôtel et arrivant de nuit, nous trouvons un lieu sombre (l'ascenseur ressemble au sas d'une boîte de nuit, une lumière sur deux dans la chambre fonctionne) et à première vue mal entretenu. Le lendemain matin, nous découvrons à la lumière du jour une situation inexplicable: tête de lit tâchée et trouée, draps et serviettes d'une saleté crasse et eux aussi troués, aucune VMC et donc une chambre entièrement saturée de condensation après une simple douche, les portes du placard de l'entrée qui tombe sur le pied de ma femme alors qu'elles ne tenaient plus que par un gond... Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our 5 nights stay. They rebooked the spa for us and even found some goggles to lend when we lost a pair just before a ski lesson! The breakfasts were excellent and staff all without exception were really kind and friendly. The manager Valeria was excellent too! We had dinner on two evenings in the restaurant and food was excellent quality and beautifully presented. Although on one day the sauna was out of action we really liked that the spa only accepts 8 people at a time as it meant it was always a relaxing experience. Highly recommend the hotel and staff!

A beautiful ski spa hotel with lovely staff.||We had 21 which was marketed as prestige and it was a nice size. It is true to the photos. Our room was sold as with an nespresso machine but didn't have one so if that is important to you then make sure and check. We received robes which were handy for the spa.||The spa has a nice pool (not big enough to swim but far more than a hot tub) and sauna and you can use for 10€ - we felt it was worth it.||Breakfast is a great spread with lots of hams and cheeses with a choice of hot plates (English breakfast style). We also ate in the new restaurant on Friday and it was honestly fine dining quality (see photos).||There is a nice bar area with good beers and atmosphere. All staff are friendly and helpful and they let us shower before our run to the airport which was nice. It is about a 5 minute walk to the pistes.||A great stay and I wish

I have just returned from a short break at the Chamois d'Or with family and we had a great stay. The team there were happy to help beforehand with arranging lift passes, airport transfers (thanks Nigel) and ski equipment. The hotel is well located for the slopes and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We were there for my son's birthday so we booked to eat in the hotel restaurant where we had a fabulous meal thanks to the chef, Duncan Green (my son said it was the best food he had ever eaten!) Would definitely recommend the Chamois d'Or and will hopefully be visiting again in the future.

Staff were super helpful and friendly which made for a lovely stay. Food was great. Rooms were comfortable. Spa is great after a long day on the pistes. The atmosphere of the place is very much relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning hotel within walking distance of the lifts with the most incredible restaurant. Great atmosphere and chef with arguably the BEST value in Le Gets for the quality (menu attached). The spa is an added bonus too after a big days ski. Main maitre’d Valeriia is friendly, professional and efficient, whilst the owner Pete will go out of his way to make sure your stay in a special one. Thanks again - we’ll be back next year!

Très bel hôtel situé près des pistes de ski et des magasins, restaurant... très belle chambre, très propre et neuf. Le personnel est multi langue, j' ai apprécié de passer mon réveillon du jour de l'an là-bas...parking n' appartenant pas à l' hôtel sur le côté de celui-ci

😡😡😡 Bonjour, j’aimerais vous partager mon expérience à cet hôtel qui était catastrophique premièrement une véritable arnaque, les chambres sont très sales on a passé quatre nuits mon lit a jamais été changé. Ma salle de bain n’a jamais été faite. Le personnel demande que de l’espèce je suis très déçu. Merci de faire attention à vous.

C’est une honte !!!! Chambre à 296€ dans petit déjeuner ! Soirée « quizz night » sans prévenir ! Un seul plat au restaurant; menu unique sans entrée sans dessert possible . Pas de remboursement possible Accès à la piscine à 10€ par personne Honteux à fuir !!!!!!! La honte !! Personne ne parle français Le personnel est nul

Très moyen pour un prix élevé, qualité de la chambre moyenne (matelas trop mou) qualité très moyenne du repas du soir avec option cheveu dans la sauce, personnel 100% étranger (ça nous a vraiment dérangé, on est aux Gets quand même ) nous avons renoncer au petit déjeuner que l'on a pris au salon de thé "les petits sablés". On nous a recommandé d'autres hôtels bien mieux tenus, dont les propriétaires sont des locaux ( Alpina, Bellevue, Crycha). A bon entendeur

Séjour d'une nuit, chambre correct, bémol sur la salle de bain l'eau chaude brûlante.... Un contraste de déco entre l'entrée de l'hôtel et la salle de restaurant, une ambiance plutôt indienne avec une lumière tamisée rouge, on ne comprend pas trop le concept. Le petit déjeuner correct mais côté prix excessif (17 €) rien n'est fait maison .... A revoir

Le prix du petit déjeuner est très execif..il ne vaut pas 17 €, pain et viennoiseries décongelé, 3/4 yaourts dans un bol de glace.. cela sentait vraiment la fin de saison, mais, je pense qu'il faudrait adapter les tarifs..

En rez-de-chaussée face au parking, que des rideaux occultant, en plein jour pas de discrétion dans les chambres, bruit du monteur de climatisation en dessous.

L'emplacement est parfait,le personnel sympathique,la chambre est bien par contre la literie trop moelleuse pour nous, le petit déjeuner est varié sucré et salé plat chaud a la demande.

Pas de volets dans les chambres, pas de , mais le personnel ne parle pas très bien français. le spa est en supplément de 10€ par personne et par heure, ce qui est dommage car la piscine jaccuzzi ne fonctionne pas. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top, situé à 3 min du centre ville commerce accessible à pied pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer.

Very comfortable stay - spacious and clean rooms. Hotel has a relaxed feel and is in prime location, 5 min from ski hire and the lifts. Opposite is a nice bakery. Very friendly staff, Vicky and all the others on reception are great. There is a €10 fee to use spa which I think should have been included in price of hotel.

Prijs kwaliteit beneden alle peil. We betaalden €325 per nacht, zonder ontbijt en diner. We kwamen laat aan en werden in een hondenhok gestopt van 3x4. Na geklaag, kregen we een upgrade. Grotere kamer. Maar met schimmel op de muur, gordijnen aan flarden, balkondeur kon niet geopend worden wegens volstrekt verkeerd gemonteerde gordijnrail, kapot bedlampje, kluisje out of order en geen wifi bereik. Skiruim zonder professioneel verwarmd skischoenrek, maar provisorisch getimmerde planken. Kamer schoonmaak zeer matig. We vonden spullen van de vorige (of nog eerdere) gasten onder het bed. Volle vuilnisemmers niet geleegd en vuile kopjes laten staan. Handdoeken werden NIET vervangen, kwamen na het skiën terug hing er alleen een voetendoek. Our 3rd stay at Chamois D'Or and we had a lovely time. Staff are excellent, rooms are well looked after and we enjoyed the steam room! Breakfast was superb!!! Hoping to come back again in 2025

Fabulous Hotel, privately owned and run, staff couldn't do enough for us they were all so friendly & helpful especially Valeria. Location is 5 minutes from the main lift and an easy stroll through the lovely town. We were a large group so some stayed in the older rooms which are spacious and quiet but we stayed in the newer wing where the rooms are newly converted, very nice but slightly noiser as the car park is outside. Buffet style breakfast with a cooked option available as well, all lovely and fresh again all the staff very helpful and friendly. The Bar is very pleasant, Sam on the Bar very friendly & helpful, a live band played on the Wednesday evening which was great fun 😁

Great venue, easy distance to the slopes. rooms are very clean warm and fitted to a lovely standard , breakfast Is excellent with a wide choice, and everything freshly cooked couldn't faulted in anyway . Great spar Fantastic for relaxing after a hard day . But most of all amazing staff right across every level of the hotel and so friendly you feel like you're staying with family. And all your ski hire sorted at the hotel. You really don't need to do anything. Can't wait to come back soon such a warm welcome awaits everyone

Je n'y retournerai pas. Chambre horrible. Finalement surclassé, la chambre n'était pas beaucoup mieux mais nous avons tout de même apprécié notre matelas. Le spa est en supplément. Au prix de la nuit c'est honteux. Le petit déjeuner avec des yaourts de la marque Lidl... était une grosse blague. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. C'est pour cette raison que j'ai mis 2 étoiles. Sinon j'en aurai mis qu'une.

I have recently returned from a 12 day ski break in the Chamois d'or. A great location with only a short walk to the ski hire shops and lifts. The hotel rooms are good with a great bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. A good selection of the usual French breads, cheeses, cold meats and pastries etc, and the choice of a full cooked breakfast as well. A very well stocked bar with a great atmosphere awaits your return from a days skiing, along with live music on two nights a week. We made good use of the spa with its sauna, steam room and spa bath, great for the legs after a hard day on the slopes. What made the trip extra special were the hotels amazing staff, from the front of house, the crew manning the bar and the behind the scenes gang keeping us fed and our rooms tidy. Many thanks one and all, see you all again soon !

Great hotel with very good amenities. Staff are very attentive and go above and beyond. A great base for les gets and close to everything you need. We will be returning next year.

Great location, staff and rooms. A couple of minutes walk from the ski hire shops and the lifts up to the slopes. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, you'd be hard pushed to find nicer people. Great breakfast and spa too. Thank you for a great week 👍

Stayed again this year superb hotel in a great resort. Hurt myself this year and this is just a big thankyou to Vicky Vallerea and all the other reception bar kitchen and housekeeping staff. Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel pour le week-end du nouvel an. très bien situé. Belle chambre, literie confortable, belle salle de bain. Excellent petit déjeuner, et nous avons pu profiter du spa et des massages. Personnel accueillant.

Nous sommes allés au chamois d'Or en septembre et nous avons adoré. Un personnel agréable et disponible, des chambres clean et confortables, une position idéale dans la station. Je recommande vivement !

Stayed at the Chamoir recently out of season. Yes was quiet but the staff were helpful and nice. Met the owner and he was very helpful too. Great location to get to. And great position in the town, short walk from any shops and restaurants and the ski slopes.

Établissement très bien situé au centre des Gets. Nous y avons passé deux nuits. Chambre agréable mais mobilier un peu vétuste. Ménage fait sommairement. L accueil laisse à désirer. Il n y a quasiment jamais personne que ce soit pour le bar ou les renseignements…. Un problème est apparu au niveau de notre facturation et impossible d être remboursé….. Les horaires du petit déjeuner et du bar non respectés. Nous avons été déçus

hotel darf man empfehlen. auf mails wird schnell geantwortet. saubere zimmer, grosse toiletten nettes personal. hunde freundlich. grosse auswahl am frühstücks buffet. parkplatz vor oder neben dem hotel. wir waren mit 13 personen vor ort, uns hat es gefallen. "we come back" freunde der corvette switzerland.

Personnel inexistant, injoignable et ne parlant pas français. Facturation erronée avec refus de rembourser le trop versé. Chambre délabrée (porte et fenêtre ne fermant pas, chaise cassée, ménage sommaire...). Horaires de petit-déjeuner affichés non respectés. A fuir !

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité d’un grand parking gratuit en plein centre du village. Le service est déplorable : le personnel ne parle pas bien français donc des difficultés pour se faire comprendre. Le ménage est fait très tardivement dans la journée ou pas du tout. Le spa ne fonctionne pas, comme le sauna. Aucun personnel n’est présent, la réservation est obligatoire mais pas exclusive vous serez donc accompagné d’autres résidents dans la « piscine ». Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et n’y retournerai pas.

Standort war gut aber es hatte kein Warmwasser zum duschen am Abend (18.30), Balkontüre war defekt und konnte sich nicht schliessen lassen (auch keine Möbel um sich auf den Balkon zu setzen), Frühstücksraum extrem dunkel, Raum für Fahrräder hat nicht wirklich einen sicheren Eindruck gemacht. Preis-Leistung passt in meinen Augen nicht

J'y ai passé 2 jours pour mon anniversaire tout était parfait la chambre très propre, le personnel très sympathique et personnellement et contrairement à bcp d'à is la communication en français n'était pas une barrière. Merci à la gérante pour ce petit cadeau d'anniversaire. Le petit déjeuner continental était très bon et très copieux. Merci encore on reviendra très bon rapport qualité prix.

avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cet hotel en juillet superbe emplacement, hotel très calme et pas du tout bruyant, dans le style montagnard. personnel très acceuillant et souriant (peter, valéria, imogène et tous les autres bien entendu) sachez profiter du BBQ de certains soirs avec spécialitées ukrainienne.

We are staying here for the third time! Amazing hotel, clean, nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Once we were in the spa, after a walk the most what you need!) Kind and friendly staff, very tasty food in the restaurant! Every time we are happy to come back here again!

Hotel certes bien placé, cependant nous avons subi plusieurs désagréments durant notre séjours d une durée de 10 jours le personnel parle quasiment pas français je tiens à dire tout de même que le patron et une des personnes de l accueil étaient aimables ; sinon les travaux situés juste au dessus de notre rue nous ont réveillé à 6h tous les matins et le changement de chambre promis par le gérant on attend encore, j estime que nous aurions du être avertis des travaux en cours vu la durée de notre séjours , le spa parlons en du spa : 10 euros par personne : un jacuzzi où sont déjà installés 3 personnes et donc plus de place pour nous , hammam où une odeur de moisie réside , le banc sale avec des moisissures, nous sommes du coup sortis avec la ferme intention de jamais y retourner;( je précise que nous avons refusé de payer). Nous sommes très déçue de cet établissement

Chambres très cocooning, propre et confortable ainsi que la salle de bains mais à part une personne, personne ne parle Français donc impossible de demander des renseignements sur le spa et massages... nous avons donc laisser tomber ce choix alors qu'on s'en faisait une joie entre autre.

Where to start! The lady on reception was very nice, she took us down to the spa and the man on reception couldn’t find even 1 pair of slippers, I got two right slippers, probably used before, the receptionsist did come back with a fresh pair for my partner. You can get changed in the toilet, thanks - would be good if the light stayed on! Anywhere to store our things? Nope - but this massage room is not in use, put it in there! We finally got into the one room consisting of 3 chairs, a pool, steam room and sauna and shower - we showered and went to close the door to the hammam when the wooden handle fell off in my hands, it was okay inside. Over to the sauna for a try as all 3 benches were taken and kids splashing around in the pool. This handle did not fall off, but was infact a metal shower handle! Ouch! It was too dark to even see the timer, not that it mattered, the large gap at the

Well connected to everything (the station, alta Lumina and the village itself, also got specific transfer from it). We took a massage too and went to the spa. The massage was really nice, the spa on the other hand was full of pre-adolescents playing around and making noise, and also the water was a bit dirty.

Lovely little boutique hotel; good location, nice spa, good food and staff could not be more helpful. Would recommend!

J'ai passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. J'ai profité d'une dispo de dernière minute en pleines vacances scolaires pour aller skier sur Avoriaz. Super accueil par la manager très agréable. Le petit dej est vraiment au top. Fruits frais, oeufs en tout genre cuisiné sur place, service à table. Pour le dîner, le resto est un resto indien, pas étonnant vue la proportion d'anglais dans l'hôtel. Vraiment très bon. Et l'équipe qui assure le service est aux petits soins. La chambre était OK, l'espace, la literie, le calme, rien à signaler. J'ai eu un problème de douche, mais une solution m'a été proposé immédiatement et un geste commercial avec. Les problèmes ça arrive, j'ai apprécié l'implication pour le résoudre et la considération apportée. Bref, j'y retournerai certainement. Petit plus, le parking gratuit à côté.

My boyfriend and I went here a couple of time and each time was worse than the last. The staff is incredibly rude, we got sweared at in French because we only ordered a coffee and a dessert. They also completely forgot what we ordered and we had to ask about three times. And lastly we got kicked out early before finishing our drinks. In general the food is very mid, the staff is crazy rude and really it’s not worth coming here. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Nous sommes assez déçus de notre séjour. Check in tardif à 15h. Nettoyage de la chambre le deuxième jour très limite ( lit à moitié fait, pas de nettoyage du sol) Eau du spa froide ( alors que nous avions réservé, personne nous l’a mentionné…). Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Très bon emplacement, en plein centre ville. Proche des pistes. Les chambres sont spacieuses - agréables et la literie est bonne. Par contre service déplorable - personnel absolument pas professionnel - qui ne vient pas du secteur de l'hôtellerie - ne parle pas français. Le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons attendu 30 minutes le petit déjeuner car le personnel était absent et le personnel de ménage n'est pas venu faire la chambre .. Pour les gens qui viennent en haute saison j'espère que l'équipe sera plus professionnelle et mon laxiste. Ne mérite pas son 3 étoiles en ce qui concerne le service qui est médiocre.

Bon hôtel, bien situé dans la station, chambre confortable, propre et bien décorée, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon, mais manque un peu de fait maison/charme pour le prix. Restaurant malheureusement fermé hors saison. Dommage aussi que le sauna était HS, et la piscine à jets était un peu capricieuse.

Insgesamt gut, aber unser Zimmer hatte schon arge Gebrauchsspuren.

Bit run down - walls marked & scuffed, lights hanging out the ceiling, our door/window was broken leading to rough sharp edges where it scraped across the floor. We were not informed we needed to leave the key at reception for cleaning so only found out after I prompted receptionist (keys were then left unattended on the side where anyone could collect). Breakfast had a good selection, but on the pricy side at 15€ for continental. All in all it was ok, but for the prices they charge there are definitely nicer hotels in the area!

Wij hebben tijdens het UCI evenement gegeten op het terras en geluisterd naar een leuke band!! Heerlijke hamburgers gegeten die buiten op het terras vers bereid werden...de frietjes waren een beetje taai maar oké!! De bediening was heeel vrolijk en vriendelijk! Een bandlid praten Nederlands wat ook wel leuk was!!

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement.||Pour le reste, la propreté dans la chambre et surtout la salle de bain laisse à désirer, le spa ne fonctionne pas, le petit-déjeuner est limite.||Le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français 😳||Il faut être très patient pour être servi, bref déception totale.

Nous partons tout juste de cet hôtel qui n'est en RIEN un hôtel 3*. La chambre familiale était très petite et le ménage laissait à désirer( je vous déconseille de regarder sous le lit). Le joint de la fenêtre était décollé, une prise ne tenait plus au mur, le néon de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas et la chaleur dans la chambre était insoutenable ( sachant qu'à l'extérieur il faisait frais,donc rien à voir avec la canicule). Le "spa" ne peut pas être réservé de l'hôtel et il n'y a pas de piscine accessible,contrairement à ce que le site laisse penser. A chaque douche, une odeur nauséabonde se dégageait et restait dans la salle de bain, et la ventilation ne fonctionnant pas, pas de possibilité d'aérer. Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais bien trop cher pour ce qui était proposé. La réceptionniste se moque complètement des besoins de ses clien

Impossible de réserver une chambre alors que nous avons déjà un avoir validé par l’hôtel. Le centre téléphonique ne parle quasiment pas Français et ne gère pas du tout notre problème Vraiment déçu par cet hôtel. Uniquement une Laëtitia était dévouée mais impossible désormais d’être mis en relation avec elle

Personnel sympathique, lieu sympa et terrasse agréable. Mais par contre, 1 lit sur nos 4 contient un matelas très fin et désagréable, le hamam ne fonctionne pas et le sauna est très long à se mettre en route.

Loin de nos attentes très loin même ! Nous réservons une grande chambre avec un grand lit et une baignoire, nous nous retrouvons au rez-de-chaussée à l'arrière de l'hôtel avec des vitres tellement sales que nous voyons à peine à travers vue sur des débris de chantier. Toute petite chambre avec petit lit et douche où les portes ne fermaient pas complètement... le spa, débrouillez vous pour y aller, les jets d'eau ne fonctionnaient pas alors contentez vous d'un bain chaud, le petit déjeuner mauvais tout est industriel ! A eviter fortement !

Un joli hôtel très propre avec un joli spa et le personnel top.

Hôtel sympathique et bien décoré, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en juin pour un événement vtt. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, bien aménagées. Rich nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné tout le long du séjour. Garage à VTT au sous-sol, parking à proximité, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Les petits déjeuners sont bons, mais peu diversifiés et un peu chers.

When we entered the hotel, it was as if I found myself in a museum, but where you can touch and sit)))) Antique furniture and decor items give the hotel a unique style. I was amazed that in our room there were also an old chest of drawers, an incredibly beautiful carved table and a luxurious armchair. I was just fascinated by these interior items! We also liked the design of the bathroom, but the main thing was that everything is perfectly clean, everything is like new! The hotel is very conveniently located, everything is nearby and a cafe and a ski lift and even a grocery store. We left with unforgettable impressions after our week-long stay here!

Superbe hôtel à la décoration très english... les chambres sont plus que spacieuses, beaucoup de petits meubles de rangement, le lit... gigantesque et très bonne literie. La douche très moderne et spacieuse. Peignoirs et pantoufles de bains fournis, petites attentions à disposition et personnel plus que sympa. Prix de la chambre très correct. A ne pas manquer !

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel, que nous avons trouvé propre, avec une déco sympa. La saison était finie, le personnel habituel n'était plus là mais nous avons été reçu par Rich, qui a été très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner et accueil chaleureux.

From the very first minute we walked through the Chamois D’or entrance we were made to feel very welcome. The super friendly staff were always happy to help if we had any questions. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. We spent most evenings in the hotel bar which had a superb atmosphere, great service and a variety of drinks available. The hotel itself is really stylish, has a fantastic ambiance and is in a great location. We cannot thank the Chamois D’or team enough for making this a very special holiday! We will most definitely be returning!

What can I say other than the Chamois D’or is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Les Gets. The hotel is packed full of style, fun, amazing service and a wonderful team who are so warm, helpful and just get it. Our favourite place to hang out was the bar, it’s at the heart of the hotel, serves a wide selection of drinks but has a cracking ambiance. On Wednesday a live band played in support of the Ukraine. Peter, the ever charismatic owner, made a passionate plea to support those impacted and led the way by announcing he’d donate all proceedings from the bar and restaurant for that night to a humanitarian charity. He also hosted a Ukrainian delegate from Geneva who made a similar plea. The team including Leva, Elizabeth, Rich, Jonny, Tom and Bash were amazing. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

Right from the moment we were greeted by Johnny as we walked in the front door of the hotel we felt so welcome and very well looked after. All of the staff we encountered were super helpful and warm-hearted. In fact, of all the great things about this hotel including the stylish decor, cosy bar lounge, relaxing spa, wide range of breakfast choices and the in-house Indian restaurant it was the very personal feel to the service that really made it stand out from the rest. Both resort and hotel were up there with the best and we would definitely visit again. Even Matt who provided ski hire for hotel guests was superb and our kit was already set up and waiting for us in the warm boot room of the hotel for our first morning having emailed through our weight/height etc, to him beforehand. When my 5 year old wanted to try longer skis for the last morning we were told that was no trouble either

Personnel très sympathique mais on est loin même très loin de chambres et d'un service 4 étoiles. Par contre le prix a 400€ la chambre pour quatre (minusculissime) correspond bien au prix d'un quatre étoiles. Spa piscine inexistant ( à bien lire les commentaires c'est la plupart du temps comme cela). Petit déjeuner industriel.

Me ha encantado éste hotel, ✌🙆‍♀️ nos dieron una habitación amplia, con salida a un balcón. Es muy limpio el lugar, secador de cabello potente, te dan cremas, aceite, todo. Una recepcionista MUY COMPROMETODA CON SU LABOR súper amable, alegre, y receptiva en todo momento. Le pedí su nombre Lucy gracias. Además tiene un sauna muy chulo. La cama súper acogedora, sus almohadas... Dormi como una bebé. Volvería a repetir.

Visited as a couple, and it's an experience we will definitely repeat! The personnel is super friendly, and makes you feel at home! Great overall service, with well maintained spacious rooms. We went to the spa daily to relax, it was a lovely experience!

Super expérience aux Gets, je recommande sans hésitation! L'hôtel est central et super bien situé. Les chambres sont impeccables, et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très attentif à nos besoins. Je me suis sentie super bien accueillie! En plus ils ont un super spa très relaxant! J'ai déjà hâte a ma prochaine visite!

Séjour lamentable dans cet hôtel ! Ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel dont le prix est de 150 euros ! Chambre non faite ! Enfin...la couette avait juste été tirée les oreilles en vrac, salle de bain non faite, une serviette tjs sur le lit une autre sur le lavabo Pas de sèche cheveux Une carafe d eau ouverte qui traine 2 jours sur la table de nuit... Personnel à l accueil qui ne dit ni bonjour ni bonne journée ni ne répond à notre bonjour.... Petit déjeuner jus de fruits bas de gamme pas de choix niveau thé un sachet pas bon qui baignait dans une théière... Franchement....1ère fois que je vois ça ! Même les hôtels 1er prix sont de meilleurs qualité à mon sens Fuyez....

Très satisfait de notre nuit passé au chamois d'or. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel vraiment au petits soins. La chambre top, la literie confortable, le tout dans un cadre charmant, bien décoré. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment top. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Plusieurs points à aborder. Le premier c'est que l'accueil c'est bien passé, Le personnel a été très accueillant et serviable. Le second point plus negatif, c'est que pour un mois de juillet, l'accès spa était froid et mal chauffé (hammam et grand jacuzzi) De plus le spa n'était pas indiqué hors service . Quand à la chambre et à la literie, je suis satisfait

Le patron est super sympa très accueillant et aux petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner ! La chambre est très propre. Le restaurant est sympa. Le spa également mais il ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage. La petite jeune du soir au bar est très gentille. Bon séjour !

La réouverture après le confinement semble très difficile pour cette jeune équipe sans aucune expérience. Les + : chambre confortable avec une bonne literie et salle de bains Les - : le personnel à la rue complet, le Spa ou même en réservant aucune installation ne fonctionne (sauna, hammam), le petit dèj avec 3 fruits rassis et deux yaourts Bref un rapport qualité prix vraiment moyen

Malgré les restrictions , le personnel et la direction font leur maximum pour nous faire oublier cela. Les chambres sont douillettes, la literie très confortable et le petit déjeuner en chambre copieux et de bons produits sont proposés. Dommage qu on ne puisse goûter au menu au restaurant )) . Situé dans la rue principale de la station, en quelques pas on trouve toutes sortes de commerces, bars , restaurants. Donc une bonne adresse qui mérite ses étoiles.

Hôtel très agréable, nous avons été très bien reçu pour ce week-end chargé de la Saint Valentin. Les chambres sont confortables,le petit déjeuner est très copieux, je vous conseille de le prendre. Pendant cette période difficile de Covid,il vous sera apporté en chambre. Hôtel très bien placé dans le village,parking gratuit juste à côté. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel ainsi que dans cette station où beaucoup d'activités sont possibles malgré cette période "Covid " Philippe

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu effectuer notre séjour au vue des conditions sanitaires mais je tenais à laisser un commentaire plus que positif aux personnes en charge des réservations (Laeticia notamment) qui font preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire et sont toutes d'une gentillesse inouïe. Nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau afin d'effectuer un séjour dès que nous le pourrons.

Travelled as a couple, this was our first trip to Les Gets but not to the Alps. Before we even arrived the hotel the staff were incredibly helpful, recommending and booking restaurants during our stay. When we arrived the service continued to be excellent, we had informed the hotel we were on an early flight and though we expected nothing they managed to get a room ready shortly after our arrival. The rooms are cosy as others have said but they are clean and modern, the same is true for the bathroom and shower. There’s a friendly bar with a great selection of drinks and there’s also a small spa / pool which is a perfect to relax in after a day skiing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you to all the staff who helped ensure we had an amazing holiday!

Lovely English speaking staff that are super helpful. Rooms are cosy but very nice. The spa is super relaxing.

Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est pas mal les chambres pas si grande que ça en deux jours de séjour aucun remplacement serviettes ni draps sachant que nous sommes censé être dans un 3 4 étoiles le personnel une grosse blague jeune ne sachant gérer en bas pour ce rendre au WC (sale) en même temps les femmes de ménage sont des jeunes pas professionnel alors le Mr a la réception tenue de boulot à revoir et pour tous les membres du personnel piscine sympa petite juste bain à remoue pas de jacuzzi sauna et hammam étaient froid le deuxième jour sa marche car nous avons demandé à la réception le personnel qui agresse les clients verbal et physiques UNE HONTE VRAIMENT et cette hôtel privilégier les anglais vous le constaterez tv à entrée anglais chaîne dans les chambres pas avant la 20 pour des chaînes en français

A truly exceptional stay, a very "british" affair with continental decor and charm. There is nothing too much to help there guests. Our luggage was taken to our room while we enjoyed a very drinkable couple of glasses at the bar/ lounge. The spa area has a lovely large jacuzzi/ massage pool plus steam room and sauna. The interior was lushley decorated in beautiful warming hides and raw wood incorporating a modern edge and clean lines. In all a truly spotless stay at a very memorable, cozy and clean hotel. We will be back ASAP!

Wij zijn 4 nachten in dit hotel geweest. Al bij aankomst voelt het of je thuis komt!! De dames bij de receptie ontvangen je meer dan hartelijk. Wij kwamen met een elektrische auto die bijna leeg was, ze hebben alles gedaan om ons te helpen de auto weer ‘vol’ te krijgen, met succes! De eigenaar Pete, restaurant manager Charles, de inrichting met Frans antiek. Het was echt fantastisch!!!!

Un moment agréable et un spa très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel en juillet 2019. Les chambres sont spatieuses et les lits sont grands et confortables. Le service est très bien et le personnel serviable et souriant. Nous avons testé l'espace welness (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) qui est agréable mais pas trop longtemps ; l'air devient vite étouffant comme il n'y a pas d'isolation entre la pièce jacuzzi, le sauna et le hammam. De plus le sauna ne fonctionnait pas et le hammam était mal réglé (chaleur beaucoup trop chaude pour un hammam). Le gros point négatif est le prix qui est relativement cher. Même si le prix des chambres peut se comprendre, payer 15€ pour un petit déjeuner aussi peu fourni est incompréhensible. Il est probable que le buffet soit plus petit qu'en hiver mais je ne comprends alors pas le prix. Un petit tour à la boulangerie juste en face peut être un bon plan.

da dimenticare. non corrisponde per nulla a quello che è scritto sul sito internet. ristorante inesistente, ingresso hotel sporco, scale in mkoquette completamente piena di macchie, camera poverissima, non assomiglia per niente a quelle del sito, la spa dov'è??? personale non parlante francese, colazione scarsissima, locale sporco.

Great hotel to access all that Les Gets has to offer. Both the manager and the owner where very welcoming and went the extra mile to help me out when I had an accident. We will definitely come back for another stay, and to use the lovely jacuzzi! Thank you again for a great stay.

i think it is absolutely amazing and i am definitely coming back for a lot more. The staff couldnt be more helpful and servive was spot on. Shoutout to Duncin Doughnuts (duncun) a member of staff who did a bet over pool with my brother and lost; therefore having to drink 2 shots of house rum 50% straight and not being able to drink anything for 15 minutes after

This review is for the spa. We booked in for two massages, beginning at 2.30 pm. Online, it states that access to the spa would cost €10 on top of the treatments, €15 without treatments. I should mention here both of us found no fault with the massage itself, with the masseuse being highly professional and proficient. However, during the treatment, people continually walked past in ski boots (not relaxing at all) in addition to lots of loud conversation (not relaxing either). In terms or the spa, the facilities consisted of a "changing room"- a toilet with coat hangers, with the shower being the one next to the jacuzzi (not great for washing hair etc.). As for the jacuzzi, the lights and bubbles only worked when the button was held down (the man on the hotel reception later informed us they don't work when they get wet, read into that what you will). Tisch mit (verstaubtem) Wasserkocher, Gratis-Wifi und Sofa. Kleines, funktionales Badezimmer mit Fön. Kleiner Whirlpool und kleine Sauna. Angenehme Bedienung an der Réception

Wij hebben vier nachten in dit hotel gelogeerd. Kleine maar prettige kamer met alle comfort. ||Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een geweldige chef kok. We hebben heerlijk gegeten en goede wijn gedronken. De bar is gezellig en het personeel doet er alles aan om je het aangenaam te maken. ||Wij bevelen dit hotel aan bij vrienden en gaan er zelf zeker terug. TOP.
