Un incontournable à chacun de nos séjours à Chamonix ! Une carte quasiment 100% disponible en version VG (Saucisse VG ou Halloumi) Des portions généreuses, des hot dog savoureux et les meilleurs nachos que j’ai pu goûter ! L’ambiance est top et la terrasse ensoleillée ☀️

Peggior posto dove pranzare. Prodotti scadenti, piatti strapieni di salse, cipolla e coriandolo che rendono i panini difficilmente mangiabili. Tempi di attesa infiniti. Personale scontroso e poco cordiale, sempre con la faccia triste e fanno finta di capire. Propongo un menù bambino che in realtà è immangiabile per infanti. Chiedendo un "piatto" vuoto extra per servire alla piccola il pranzo hanno fatto storie. Mai più...prezzi astronomici, 59€ per 3 panini e una limonata.

This is a good place for a hot dog with a nice view and amazing atmosphere. 100% recommend.

BIG veggie dog. I've had better veggie dogs but this one was pretty loaded up. Fries and beers were good. Has blankets and heaters for when it is cold out. Kind staff.

Would be perfect if hotdog was hot. It was bearly warm. When eating outside it is very important to get food hot. Sausage tasty but too salty ( i like salt but not so much )

코리안 핫도그 먹었는데 한국 김치같이 제대로된 김치에요. 빵,소세지도 생각보다 커요. 강추 직원분들도 친절함

My husband and I were on holiday and are here for dinner. The hot dogs were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. We loved how creative the toppings were for each hotdog. We sat outside and the vide was fantastic.

Great name, great food, decent size and decent price. I would go there again after skiing the whole day.

Amazing find in Chamonix! One of our favourite meals during our stay. The Bang Bang Cornflake Chicken Brioche and Sweet Potatoe Cubes were delicious! Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Would highly recommend a visit when in Chamonix and we will be back!

Jedzenie 10/10 takiego hot doga 🌭 jeszcze nigdy nie jadłem, no przepyszny był, ciekawa recepta na hot dogi więc dobra robota. Obsługa miła i mówi dobrze w 3 językach więc łatwo się dogadać.

Lugar perferto para una parada express a comer. El espacio es todo exterior pero cuenta con calefactores que hacen la estancia agradable. La comida muy rica y raciones abundantes.

Compro Hot dogs and frites desde hace 3 años en este lugar, sin embargo hoy no fe como antes, pedí un hot dog “pulled porck” y el sabor dulce era muy malo, no sé si han cambiado la receta pero no es como antes, y tuve que pedir eso por que antes de pedir, ya estando en la línea, borraron existencias solo había esa opción en carne, el pan ha mejorado, las porciones generosas pero falta sabor como antes

Personnellement les frites 🍟 étaient un peu trop cuites mais les hot dogs étaient très très bons, le service à table était un petit peu long mais ça allait. Franchement pour un resto en famille ça vaut le coup !

Absolutely the best hotdogs we ever had in our lives! Very generous portions. We had the Mr.International and it was delicious. Pricey at roughly €90 for six adults. You had an option to take away or sit outside. We had takeaway.

김치 핫도그 메뉴에는 없지만 달라구 하면 해주십니다 :) 13.5유로 였던것같아요! 그냥 이 지방 음식이 대체로 느끼해서 한국음식을 먹을수있다는것 자체가 좋았던 기억이 나네요 ㅎㅎ ㅎㅎ 한국김치가 그리우시면 주문하세요! 김치 특성상 밥이 아닌 빵이랑 먹으니 짜긴하지만 그래도 감사히 잘먹었습니다 ;)

As the name says it it’s a cool spot. Definitely would recommend to eat here if you’re passing by. In my opinion it could have been cheaper but it’s good food. Staff were very friendly and great help with recommending what to order. Food was pretty decent but nothing out of the ordinary, i would still recommend if you’re passing by the area. I would definitely come back and try again when the weather is warmer.

We waited exactly 33 minutes for 2 hot dogs. This is a joke for a fast food place of course. It was 16:00 so it was not crowded at all. I would not recommend, especially if you want fast service, like one would imagine when getting a hot dog.

Les hot dogs sont incroyables! Les frites de patate douce aussi! Il n'y a qu'un espace exterieur pour manger sur place, avec du chauffage pour l'hiver donc ça va :) Vaste choix de recettes, de saucisses, il y en a pour tous les goûts! Copieux et délicieux, servis avec le sourire, on en demande pas plus! Je recommande et j'y retournerai certainement!

Hotdogs were very special but taste is just okay, BUT their Truffle French fries and Sauerkraut salad was amazing! Service is also very friendly. Only downside is no washroom

주변에 김치를 파는 곳이 없어서 찾은 곳입니다. 김치샐러드 테이크아웃으로 사먹었고, 양상치 위에 신김치가 올려져 있습니다. 반찬으로 적합합니다.

On m'avait recommandé le Cool Cats pour les hot dogs, et je dois dire que je suis déçu. Je vais commencer par le positif : personnel très sympathique, et la quantité est au rendez-vous, mais à 20€+ par personne la note pour 1 hotdog et 1 frite (de patates douces, très bonnes) et sans boisson, c’est la moindre des choses. Après ça, les sandwichs ont du goût, mais malheureusement un peu trop : trop de coriandre et d’oignons, et pourtant j’aime ça, qui couvre le goût de tout le reste. Les sauces sont extrêmement grasses et pas vraiment raffinées. Certes on est pas dans un resto étoilé et on parle de hotdog, mais je vous avoue que j’avais l’impression de me boucher une artère à chaque bouchée, faut pas être diabétique. Pas vraiment pratique non plus, les couverts en bois pour couper un diot un peu sec dans une barquette en carton, c’est pas idéal. Le tout couronné par des attaques de pi

On y a été plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Le hot-dog classique à la saucisse de Francfort était bon. Le personnel était très agréable et on a été servi rapidement. 👍

Personnel(le) génial (e), hot dogs meilleurs qu'au Danemark, rapport qualité/prix au top ! C'est simple, nous ne sommes pas allés au resto comme prévu pendant notre séjour, nous avons préféré faire une cure de hot dogs et frites. Un grand merci les filles pour tout. Nous somme à Chamonix en France et les deux dames ne parle pas un mot de français. Inacceptable !!! Pas de place intérieur seulement terrasse pas de WC. Bref je déconseille !!!

I didn’t enjoy the draft beer—it was too bitter. The hot dog was okay, but the cheese inside was too salty. That said, the atmosphere was really good.

Gestern habe ich die Pommes „Italian Style“ probiert. Die Präsentation und die gesamte Aufmachung fand ich wirklich sehr gelungen – das macht direkt Lust aufs Probieren. Geschmacklich haben mich die Pommes jedoch nicht ganz überzeugt, da sie eher weich und etwas fettig waren; die gewünschte Knusprigkeit hat mir leider gefehlt. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, weil die Portionen an den Nachbartischen sehr appetitlich aussahen. Vielleicht ließe sich durch eine etwas knusprigere Zubereitung noch mehr aus dem Gericht herausholen – das würde sicher richtig gut ankommen.

Netter kleiner Laden in Chamonix der Streetfood anbietet. Ich hatte den Mexican und meine Freundin den Korean Hot Dog. Beide waren sehr lecker und auch sehr groß 👌. Dazu gab’s die Trüffelpommes welche ebenfalls super waren und ein Lokales Bier und einen selbst gemachten Spritz mit Rharbaber und Erdbeer mit frischen Früchten. Beides ebenfalls super. Der Service war gut und die Bedienung freundlich und sprach auch fließend Englisch. Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Die Preise sind ortstypisch gehoben aber völlig im Rahmen. Haben 56 Euro bezahlt für alles. Gerne wieder !

Sausage was really dry and hard, worse than frozen sausage. The other person ordered the same type of sausage but was not as bad as this. I wouldn't pay this much for this level of quality. Very disappointed.

Excelente lugar!! Los sabores en ese bowl de pollo era simplemente deliciosos! Fui a este lugar principalmente por las sweet potatoes y ya estando ahí ordené el bowl ambas cosas me sorprendieron y el aioli ni se diga. Todo delicioso y fresco!

The most gourmet hotdogs I’ve ever eaten. With an extensive menu something for everyone Mexican, burger flavour, the brick is awesome and their loaded fries are delicious too. Great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks great place to stop have a quick feed close to Mont Blanc and all the lifts and fill up before the next adventure.

The food is absolutely delicious, I can’t stop thinking about the poulet royal 🍗 We visited twice in a week because we enjoyed it so much, could not fault it!!

Ma note c'est pour les prix qui ont augmenté de façon absurde! C'est ultra bon, c'est copieux, mais y'as 3 4 ans en arrière c'était presque moitié prix! 13 à 15€ le hot dog seul, c'est le prix d'un plat. Vous rajoutez une boisson et une frites et l'addition est celle d'un bon ptit resto. Sauf que là c'est de la street food. Vraiment déçu de l'augmentation des prix!!! Ce n'est pas tout le monde à Chamonix qui est riche, faut pas oublier

Finished a hike today and me and my wife can't resist a good hot dog. This spot is right up there with the legendary gas station hot dogs in lceland. The flavor profiles are incredible so many options that you could come here multiple days in a row and never have the same flavor style twice. Combine that with the phenomenal atmosphere, and it's a must-stop if you're in Chamonix.

Idéal après une bonne course sur Cham'. Pas diététique du tout mais bon ! Plein de choix et d'association qui satisferont tout le monde. On est très loin du simple hot dog. A essayer au moins une fois !

They really dropped the ball during UTMB week. Maybe too busy. Came from recommendation and disappointed. Dry cold hard hotdog sausages and soggy fries. Will not recommend. Hope it’s because its too busy.

We really enjoyed ourselves here! Simple and to the point hot dogs in a variety of solid flavours and generous portions. The menu can be confusing for a first-timer, and also not all the hot dogs come with a sausage (see the ingredients in the description). We had a couple of different hot dogs to share and each was unique and delicious, they averaged around €13 each. We had the Mexican fries for the side at €9 which were loaded with cheese and sauce, but admittedly a little pricey. Overall, a good spot to hang out and have a simple meal while at Chamonix, especially since the other joints can be much pricier.

Une ambiance conviviale avec une déco presque canadienne, des recettes travaillées avec de bons produits ! Et ça ne pèse pas sur l’estomac malgré toute la gourmandise ! Même les vege ou Vegan sont les bienvenues c’est chouette ! (Service un peu lent par rapport au style de nourriture mais en vacances c’est largement faisable)

Mega chilled atmosphere, lovely outdoor seating. Food was fast and tasty. Even though it is a small venue, we were served quickly. Staff super friendly.

We were looking for a place to have lunch in Chamonix, but many restaurants closed at 14:30 or only served dinner. Luckily, Cool Cat was still open at 15:00. The hot dogs were large portions and very tasty. We were two adults and two kids, all quite hungry, so I ordered four hot dogs along with fries and sweet potato fries. In hindsight, the fries weren’t really necessary, the hot dogs alone were very filling. They were delicious, but the fries were oily and soft. You place your order at the counter, and they provide free water, which is nice. One downside is that the restaurant doesn’t have a toilet.

Personnel très souriant très agréable ! Cuisine très bonne. Beaucoup de plats à disposition, les prix sont abordables. Cependant il y à casiment pas de place pour la terrasse si vous venez en famille, elle est très vite bondé donc au delà de 4 personnes impossible de s’asseoir

Hot dog très sympas avec pas mal de choix, dont des options végétariennes ! Pas trop d'attente, on a eu la chance de trouver une table libre mais c'était bien rempli... Petit bémol pour les couverts en bois, pas idéal pour découper...

Un restaurant avec une superbe ambiance. Un service extrêmement rapide quand j’étais sur place alors qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde. La seule chose que je trouve dommage bien que vraiment hot dog était super bon j’avais pris un bang bang, mais le hot dog flottait dans l’eau d’une sauce au fond et le pain était vraiment mouillé. Ce que je n’ai pas trouvé très agréable.. C’est la seule chose que j’ai à dire sinon impeccable, franchement je recommande je reviendrai sans hésiter pour goûter vos autres recettes

지나가다 먹음직스러워보여서 사먹었는데 아쉽지만 핫도그가 몹시 짜고, 맛이 그냥 그랬어요. 먹기도 불편했습니다. 감자튀김도 눅눅해서 별루🥲 직원분들은 친절하셨어요!

Une véritable institution, à chaque fois que je vais à chamonix je m’arrête manger un Hot-dog à Coolcats les recettes sont toujours aussi gourmandes et très complètes. Vous avez aussi un excellent choix végétarien qui vous pourrait vous convenir. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous voudriez y revenir ☺️

Hot Dogs sehr gut! Kurze Wartezeit trotz grossem Andrang. Pommes nicht sehr knusprig... Bei einem HotDog wurde leider der Speck vergessen. Tischtücher könnte man sich sparen nach meinem Geschmack, kleben an den Beinen😅 Holzbesteck ist für die Katz... Alles in allem aber sehr zu Empfehlen!

While food is nice, waiters dont give a damn. Waited 15min on the table, looked at waiter several times and deliberately ignoring us.. seriously teach them to approach clients or be more proactive. While there seating 2 other tables left tired of waiting. Inform them or let them know how it works the restaurant.

Gros choix de hot-dog. Les pictos en forme de carotte ne veulent pas dire "piment" mais possible en végé. Copieux, et surtout très bons. Attention, aucune sauce avec les frites, c'est en supplément (2€ pour de la mayo. On est à Chamonix !).

We visited this place in the summer of 2025. It was a great visit. First of all the hot dogs were literally the best ones I had ever eaten so that is all that matters. It was busy there. Great ambiance. I think it might have been the owner doubling as a DJ while we were eating. It would have been easy to just eat there every day but Chamonix is a very busy town with so many things to try!

Service fine. Atmosphere on a sunny day was great. I do not understand the hype over the food. The hotdog was overcooked and was likely sitting on the grill for a while judging by the fact the food arrived 3-4 minutes after ordering. The hotdog was sliced in half and it was still difficult to bite through. The bun was a soggy mess and the hotdog was impossible to eat with your hands. The fries were undercooked which resulted in a clumpy mess made soggy by the sauce of your choosing. Have you considered serving the sauce on the side? In my opinion, you need smaller buns and there really is no need to slice the hotdog lengh-wise.

Utterly terrible, kitchen is more closed than open they think they’re all that, they’re hotdogs. its not Michelin star. It’s not our fault you guys cant keep the kitchen open throughout the day every single time i go there they always serve the person infront of me but never actually me. get a grip and start handling things better

One of the better hotdogs I’ve had, though still just a hotdog. Service could be better. No napkins nearby, which are useful when eating hotdogs or patatas bravas.

Great lunch here over a very busy weekend with the marathon on - the staff stayed extremely calm and polite under pressure. We managed to grab a table in the shade on a super hot day and shared frites with aoli, classic hotdogs with local smoked sausage and a couple of blonde beers. All delicious and reasonably priced would recommend.

They do what they say they do; hotdogs and sides. The range was great but very limited on vegan options if you don't like the 'fake meat' alternative. Despite being told that all the sauces were vegan none of them actually were other than ketchup; worth double checking if you have an allergy. Really good sized avocado salad and great to see Kimchi on the menu too. The setting is great fun with the river running by and other venues in close proximity that create a really good vibe.

Franchement...passez votre chemin. 29 euros a deux pour n avoir que des ships et du fromage fondu dans une barquette en carton. Heureusement je n avais pas opté pour le pourboire.

De très loin les meilleurs hot dog que j'ai mangé ! Ils sont généreux, savoureux, on en a pour son argent et pour son estomac ! On y est très bien accueillis et très bien servis, je recommande les yeux fermés pour ceux qui sont de passage à Chamonix !

Even the hot dogs taste great in France! Soft, butter, fresh buns, super flavorful sausage and idk what the French are doing to their pickles but those were great too. Definitely worth a stop by!

Très bonne adresse sur chamonix, les hot dogs sont délicieux !! Par contre prévoir de l’attente, nous avions attendus 45min et il n’y avait plus de frites à 19h. Sinon top 👍

Great European-style hot dogs with gourmet toppings, lovely drinks, and tasty fries. The patatas bravas fries were delicious and you pick your sausage for the hot dogs, so almost all options can be made vegetarian. I chose the local sausage, which was delicious. Fair warning: the hot dogs are HUGE and most in my group eventually resorted to forks. I could easily have split one, especially with fries. It's counter service and all seating is outdoors, so keep that in mind on chilly days.

Didn't eat, but the wine was incredible and the service was brilliant. The view is stunning too, great place to sit and chill with a glass of wine!

Super good food, bread made with local flour, tried something I wouldn’t normal eat and was very pleased. Beer was cold and staff were great! Definitely recommend !

Tasty loaded hotdogs, they have designed it to be hip but also tasty! If you come at prime lunch time there is a high chance of a que even on the weekdays. The ladies at the cashier were friendly and they speak good english for tourists! I had the Mexican and my husband had the bangbang sharing the sweet potato fries and it was delicious, the bangbang really stood out with the grilled chicken and the gochujang twist. Depending on the season you visit, the vin chaud will attract bees to your outdoor table😊

Very sad that after so many years, the vegan falafel wrap with sweet potato is gone. Now, a similar option is almost double the price. Bye, cool cats.

It's definitely a great spot. They have a good variety of meals and drinks, even a lot of vegan options. The stuff is super nice and also English speaking. Overall, great atmosphere. The only minus for us was the waiting time. We came around 6 pm and we were waiting a long time to order and get our food. It was just 2 hot dogs for takeaway, but it took about 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get them. If I knew that, I would rather sit down and get some drinks while waiting. I find it ridiculous to wait so long for a hot dog, artisanal, or not.

Malgré une réservation à 19h30, plus de frites un samedi soir, qui plus est de vacance et avec un enfant dont le seul accompagnement du menu soit les frites… sans noter une table plus que collante et plus de chauffage. La nourriture est cependant copieuse et le goût est là. Dommage pour le reste..

Lovely hot dogs and fries

Nach einem recht erfolglosen Après-Ski-Intermezzo verschlug es uns hier mit einer achtköpfigen Gruppe hin. Der Bestellvorgang an der Kasse lief schnell und effizient. Das Personal war freundlich und sprach Englisch. Ich bestellte den Hotdog (Typ „Mexican City“) mit einer Wurst, die unter der Bezeichnung „Frankfurter“ geführt wurde. Auch wenn der Hotdog schmackhaft war, muss ich hierfür einen Stern Abzug geben, denn die Wurst hatte mit einer echten Frankfurter wenig zu tun. Die hausgemachten Pommes sind hingegen sehr zu empfehlen. Ein weiterer Stern Abzug dafür, dass es keine Toiletten für Gäste gibt und man als Gast an die Toiletten anderer angrenzender Lokale verwiesen wird.

We stopped at Cool Cats for a hot chocolate and a beer, and it was a great choice. While we didn't eat, all the outdoor tables were full, and the food looked absolutely delicious. The hot chocolate was perfect-rich and warming-while the beers really hit the spot after a day in the cold. The atmosphere was lively, and it's clearly a popular spot. We'd definitely recommend Cool Cats and will be back to try the food next time!

Skvely koncept, kdy muzete ochutnat naprosto skvely hotdog! Velmi kvalitni klobasa, ktera obsahuje skutecne MASO, naprosto vynikajici domaci pecivo, skvele hranolky, a vynikajici zelenina. Rozhodne nejlepsi kysele okurky ktere jsem kdy ochutnal🤤😀 Pekne posezeni venku, bohuzel vsak nefungovaly ohrivace vzduchu, a kolem bylo rozbite sklo, coz neni prijemne, kdyz prijdete na jidlo se psem. Urcite je to vsak jeden z nejlepsich hotdogu, ktere jsem ochutnal.🌵

자리는 다 외부 밖에 자리앉는 시스템이에요. 밖에 히터가 다 안되어서 먹을때 추웠어요…근데 치킨김치핫도그 시켰는데 치킨이 정말 정말 존맛이였고 김치도 진짜 김치더라구요. 종종 김치라고 하고 피클같은거 나오는데 여기는 진짜 김치였고 한국분들이 간이쎄다고 하신거 봤는데 저는 그정도는 아니였던거 같아요. 양도 엄청 많아서 양적은 여자분들은 심지어 감튀하나에 샌드위치(치킨/소세지들은거말고) 시켜서 나눠드셔도 괜찮을거 같아요

Et bien moi qui déteste les hot-dog la je dois dire que c'était vraiment délicieux. Les saveurs sont très bien choisis, inspiration un peu coréenne ? Peut être. La salade avocat était juste une tuerie. Les plats son extrêmement généreux, la viande fumée...était incroyable. Bref, niveau cadre, attention, on mange à l'extérieur mais franchement même par -4 on à pas eu froid c'était même plutôt cool. Au pire il y à des chauffages pour les plus frileux. Le service était très agréable. Je vous recommande sans hésitez cette adresse à deux milles pour cent.
