Best vegan empanada's ever!! We have traveled south America for 6 months and theese empanada are just like what you get over there! Me and my girlfriend found this shop when waiting for the bus to go snowboarding, we got 2 as a snack and they were so good we came back the next day and got 6 vegan empanada's for our lunch on the mountain, best but the server gave us a extra one for free just so we got to try another flavour we didn't order, we came back 2 more times they were that good, the vegan soya was our favourite, and the server was so nice. You have to try this place

Muy buena las empanadas, la masa, el relleno, son frescas, calientes y deliciosas. Nos atendieron muy bien, muy amables, y el ambiente igual. Nos recomendaron el lugar unos amigos, y efectivamente vale la pena, son las mejores empanadas argentinas de Chamonix y que me he comido en Francia! Recomendadas al 200%

Fantastic empanadas, good value and great service!

If you’re in Chamonix, you have to visit Pipon Café. We stopped by every single morning before heading out skiing, and it quickly became part of our daily routine. The empanadas are unbelievably fresh — honestly some of the best we’ve ever had — and the coffee is just as incredible. Exactly what you need to set you up for a day on the slopes. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they speak multiple languages which makes everything easy and relaxed. They’re genuinely chatty, lovely people who made us feel right at home from day one. It was the perfect start to every morning in Chamonix, and we wouldn’t hesitate to go straight back next time we’re in town.

Actually these were the first empanadas i’ve ever tried, and let’s say - my expectations were beated 🫠 i recommend this place in 100%, even the things like the numbers on empanadas so you could know which one you’re eating are perfectly overthought. And i can’t tell anything about the service as the stuff it’s extremely friendly. Muchas gracias chicos

Okay. This was real paradise place in Chamonix. I never had in my life so juicy and delicious empanadas. For me i took number 4, 9, 2.. my personal favorite was number 9. Then 2 and then 4.. the boy at the counter was really nice. They had good cappuccino as well. But flavor of empanadas was unforgettable.. if u want to sit inside its just 4-5 people. Main tables are out. In winter if u can sit out its okay but for sure during summer its really good place to enjoy delicious empanadas. U have a view of mountains. Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable 6 empanadas for 18€. Must visit.

Great little empanadas spot with many options, especially for vegetarian and vegan eaters. Everything goes straight into the oven, so the empanadas come out hot and fresh. The staff is super friendly, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying the sun. Definitely a place I’ll be back to for sure

The best Argentinian empanadas in France! The service is excellent and quick. They have many option of empanadas including great vegan options. There’s also a number of traditional Argentinian cakes and sweet treats. The flavours and quality of the food is certainly the highlight. Truly authentic flavours and a great option to stop by in the morning grab a coffee and take your lunch for a mountain day.

Amazing little spot with great Coffee, the best empanadas and hands down the best Burger in Chamonix! My go to is the American Cheese burger and Mince empanadas🤤 Not to mention the amazing staff and affordable prices!

Accueil souriant et agréable. Choix varié des empanadas et ils sont très bons. Les burgers sont bien et les frites très bonnes. Petit + appréciable pour le burger à emporter : mis dans du papier aluminium, grâce à ça enfin un burger qui reste chaud le temps de rentrer à la maison. Je recommande.

Keep on walking through Chamonix and passed all the IG friendly, overcrowded places and you'll eventually find Pipon. Staff were so lovely, and their empanadas so delicious!! Great coffee, chill vibe, exactly what I needed and for that I am very grateful. Thank you, Pipon!

Nice outdoor seating. We ate here twice. Nice selection of vegan options…tried the soy empanada, vegan beyond burger and fries which were all very tasty, hot, and fresh. My absolute favorite however was the Nutella brownie which is vegan due to the fact that they make their own Nutella for it! Staff is super friendly and warm. Highly recommend this place whether you’re vegan or not!!

Great place to eat, the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. We went twice. The Argentine empanadas were delicious and well-filled, and the burger and fries were incredible. I would definitely go back.

Première fois que je mange de vrais empañadas, j'en ai pris un pour essayer c'était si bon que j'y suis retournée en prendre un deuxième ! Le premier à la viande et l'autre soja/légumes vegan (petite préférence pour ce dernier) Le personnel était super agréable et la terrasse cosy. Je recommande pour un snack ! (Ps : vous avez un très beau chien ! 🥹)

We stumbled upon PIPÓN and ended up coming back two mornings in a row — it’s that good. This little empanada shop is full of charm and flavor. Every empanada we tried was spot-on, from the flaky pastry to the rich, perfectly seasoned fillings. You can tell everything is made with care. The cappuccinos are excellent too — smooth, balanced, and just what you want on a crisp morning in Chamonix. Cozy spot, friendly people, and seriously delicious food. Highly recommend making this part of your morning ritual if you’re in town.

We visited today and las empanadas are amazing! The staff are very nice providing a great service and atmosphere. The tables outside have blankets to help you keep warm. The price are not bad.

Stumbled upon this quaint Spanish cafe in the early AM before I embarked on the tour du Mont Blanc. The owner/staff was so kind and helpful he helped me take coffee and empanadas to go when I was in a hurry to catch my bus. Little did I know the empanadas would be the perfect fuel for my hike. Nice flavor, excellent crust, but also not too heavy or buttery. The two spinach & cheese empanadas gave me the energy I needed to tackle day 1 of this adventure. Thank you so much for offering nutritious food to visitors. Mucho gusto señor. ❤️🙏 -One happy customer from California. Hope to return.

Homemade Empanadas at a reasonable price and above all, delicious. All of my children loved the empanadas (not easy to please everyone at once). The owners were friendly and helpful. 🙌. This is a perfect drop in spot for wholesome food.
