Meilleur hôtel restaurant du Fayet !!! Accueil chaleureux et parfait en famille !! Les enfants sont vraiment bien accueillis tout comme les parents !! Un grand merci. On adore

Emplacement en bord de route au centre du Fayet, avantage : tout est accessible à pied. la proximité de la route rend l’environnement très bruyant. Les chambres sont assez exiguës et très basiques voir vieillottes : pas de bouilloire ni d’équipements particuliers. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres, et ouvrir la fenêtre n’est pas vraiment une solution à cause du bruit. La décoration et l’ambiance de l’hôtel sont plutôt réussies, avec un côté convivial (jeux de société, livres, bowling…). Le personnel est également sympa et serviable. La literie est assez ferme, ce qui ne permet pas de bien dormir. Le parking est pratique mais assez cher(15 euros), ça devrait être offert quand il n’y a pas grand monde dans l’hôtel. Au final, je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas du tout. D’autres hôtels à Cham ou Morzine sont bien moins cher avec de tels ambiances offrent de meilleurs se

The location is great, but the service is very disappointing. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:30, yet by around 9:30 the staff had already started clearing up and stopped refilling the food. Despite this, they still continue to sell breakfast to guests. After paying, we were told it was “too late” and that no more food would be replenished. Additionally, when we asked to sit at a table we preferred, we were told it was already cleaned and set up for lunch, even though it was only 9:30 and the area was empty. When we raised these issues, the receptionist responded with a very rude attitude and didn’t even offer an apology.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. The place looks really modern and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Good value and good location being close to the cable car, funicular and thermal spa.

Nous avons passé un séjour super au planb! La location est top, les chambres modernes, le petit déjeuner est dingue et les jeux mis à disposition pour les enfants permettent aux parents de passer un super chouette moment de relaxation! On reviendra!!

A brief stay at Plan B but a very good one. I only stayed for 3 nights as a solo guest to get in some last minute boarding so I chose the dorm to keep the cost down. My first time staying in a dorm so I was skeptical but I have to admit I will definitely do it again. Comfy bed, lovely bathrooms, personal locker, really good. A downside is that the dorm doesn't have a lock on the door so effectively anyone could walk into the hotel and find there way to the dorm. Maybe just give every person in the dorm a key card that way at least then only they have access to the dorm. There is a lack of places to hang towels etc also, so that they don't get mixed up who's is who's but not sure how you could solve this. Apart from these things I was very happy with my stay. Very friendly helpful staff, tapas in the bar was great and there was a great atmosphere to relax, read and soc

Excellent service from all staff. Rooms are compact, but clean & had great dual aspect views of mountains. My error, as i assumed there would be a kettle in the room, but staff happy to provide hot water. Nice vibe in hotel, and atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Nice touch having the bowling, table football, chess etc. Didn't eat in hotel, or use ski storage. Located 2 minute walk from gondola station, but then 2nd gondola needed to plateau with ski hire, lessons, restaurant & shop, but 3rd gondola needed for wider piste, so could be quite time consuming. Handful of restaurants nearby, but didn't see any 'bars' as such. Supermarket 30 min walk.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our 2nd time staying here to ski. We like the chilled atmosphere, quirky bar area with amazing views and relaxed restaurant with tasty food. Lovely staff, great location with a short transfer from Geneva Airport and close proximity to the gondola connecting to the main town and ski area.

Very reasonably priced hotel. The staff on reception and the bar are really helpful, the bar area is modern and has lots of entertainment. Hotels close to amenities. Rooms are quite small and the cleaner does not come often.

Accueil et service à l'hôtel comme au restaurant excellent

Hotel was great, family suite in attic was perfect for our needs, clean and warm. There is room next to Pac-Man for a set of deep drawers though which would have helped. Breakfast was okay, beans would have been nice and sliced bread for toast instead of having to cut it yourself, I couldn’t get it to fit in the toaster, selection of cold meats, cheese, fruit, pastries etc was fantastic though. Bar had nice comfortable seating and good selection of drinks etc and all the staff were friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay at Plan B. The staff in reception and the bar area are so friendly and helpful. There's a nice relaxed atmosphere here too. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was really good. The location suited us there is a few nice restaurants and a cool cafe bar at the corner near the lift where we made a few french friends (we are Irish). We also visited the thermal baths a short walk from the hotel and this was lovely too. We would definitely stay here again.

Personnel super et séjour très agréable. Point d amélioration pour le Lit 401A : tête au ras de la poutre + interrupteur à l' opposé de la tête de lit mais pas grave car l eclairage casse régulièrement+ mobilier de salle de bain ou les maladroits comme moi coince leur lunette donc un petit conseil ne reprener pas la personne qui a concu cet agencement et un grand merci à votre technicien de maintenance qui prend ça avec philosophie.

My wife and I had a great time staying at this hotel during our recent ski trip. The staff were very helpful/friendly and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who will be staying in the Saint Gervais area.

I’ll admit it — before arriving at Plan B in Saint Gervais I was a tiny bit dubious because the lack of TripAdvisor reviews… but honestly, I needn’t have given it a second thought.||I travelled with my son for a short ski break and we booked half board. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we’d made a great choice.||The hotel is brilliantly located for the gondola — just a few minutes’ stroll and you’re on your way up the mountain via three super‑easy connecting lifts. There’s also a ski boot room, which made life even simpler.||Our twin room on the third floor wasn’t huge and didn’t have loads of storage, but it was cosy, warm, comfortable, and had plenty of English channels on the TV. It suited us perfectly. We asked for extra pillows and they appeared at our door in no time.||Breakfast was plentiful (the fresh orange juice machine deserves its own fan club), but the real star was

Room was small but functional. Very quiet which is good and amazing views. Service and food were top class. Wish we had a kettle in the room though

The hotel has 2 sizes to it. Lobby, reception, restaurant areas are very welcoming with great friendly staff, has a good vibe to it with plenty of games and books. The rooms however, are extremely small, very very basic, tiny beds and extremely out of date bathrooms. A shame to say we'd not stay again based on the rooms

Nous avons passé un vraiment très agréable moment en famille à l’hôtel des Plombées à Saint-Gervais. Nous étions quatre et la suite était immense, parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour confortable. Mention spéciale pour le jeu vidéo dans la chambre qui fait vraiment toute la différence et a beaucoup plu ! En bas, tout est réuni pour s’amuser : mini-bowling excellent, jeux de société, baby-foot et fléchettes… chacun y trouve son bonheur pour partager de bons moments, entre détente et amusement. Un endroit vraiment top pour passer quelques jours à la montagne, avec des liaisons pratiques qui montent directement vers le sommet. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Arriving in the evening and finding nowhere local to get any food (you do need to book ahead if you want to eat), ||Louise and Quintin were brilliant and helped us get Tapas from the kitchen.||Was really tasty and we are very grateful for the excellent service , having been travelling all day .

Très bon accueil . Petit déjeuner et dîner de qualité avec un service très attentionné. Le salon espace de jeux , booling , jeux de sociétés est fun , bien décoré et tous (toutes générations) y trouve sa place. Nous avons aussi particulièrement apprécié d’avoir , après le Check out , le service de bagagerie et de douche après le ski et avant de reprendre le train .

Awesome hotel, made even better by extremely helpful & attentive staff!

Hotel 3* avec décoration et ambience sympa et chill, surtout après une journée passée au ski/thermes. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Accès facile à la gare 5min à pieds, des télécabines, tramway du Mont Blanc et à 15min des Thermes. Notre chambre était propre, un peu petite mais dotée des essentielles toiletries et TV (pas de frigo) pour passer une nuit. En bas vous avez un bar + un petit coin jeu de table (libre service), tire à fléchettes et un mini bowling payants. En petit dej il y avait du sucré et du salé. Pour le soir, on peut réserver le restaurant sur place aussi.

4 night stay with friends. We found all the staff excellent- particularly Indi who was very helpful assisting with dietary requirements. The kitchen were also extremely flexible in allowing for this. Some dishes could have been warmer but never to the point we complained. The bar and games area were great to hang out in and the boot room was handy tho we used lockers at top of Le Valleen. Rooms were nicely done if a little small and creative with storage! Hotel was very handy for the Le Valleen lift where there was plenty going on albeit there wasn't much going on around the hotel itself. Would recommend the 3 musketeers bar and the gourmands patisserie in St G village. Thanks for a great stay.

Très bonne expérience

As others have said, the kindness and hospitality of the staff really sets this hotel apart. And.. it smells nice!

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! L’hôtel est impeccable, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui le rend ultra pratique. Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil et attentionné. Imad était adorable, son collègue aussi est très gentil, serviable et souriant, et les filles aussi. On s’est senti tellement bien accueillis ! Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après le check-out pour profiter pleinement de notre journée, et à notre retour, le réceptionniste nous a demandé si on voulait prendre une douche ou utiliser les toilettes, un geste incroyablement prévenant qui montre vraiment le soin qu’ils apportent à leurs clients. Un choix merveilleux, je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience exceptionnelle !
